Not many tourist is a bonus. Perfect!

Pros: Location wise, it’s really strategic and not crowded, not far from Shibuya too, which you can change line there. This place offered a lot of necessities item and most importantly washing machine. Second, the place I would say can be suitable for Muslim too as there are two supermarkets nearby. Just bring your own cooking set if are worry about the one they have.

Cons: The pillow, it’s not comfortable.

Small and cozy but my back hurt after sleeping in the bed

Pros: It’s a quiet place , you have access to many perks. Microwaves, TV with netflix

Cons: The bed was really not confortable and the washing machine did not dry at all

Pros: Check-in was easy with the instructions we received from the host. The room was spacious (for Tokyo-based accommodation) and everything was clean. Location is good, but the area is very residential. You can reach Shibuya station in about 30 minutes from the place.

Cons: The toilet smelled of old smoke, which was rather unpleasant. The main window is to a really busy street which was quite loud.

Pros: I liked how it had cooking ware, stove, washing machine, hair dryer, detergent, and all the necessities.

Cons: 14 minutes walk to the station and a bit far from central Tokyo.

Overall it worked for resting in between activities in Japan.

Pros: It was close to bus stops, 711, and Lawson. There were definitely options for places to eat. Local grocery store and laundry mat nearby. Washing machine available in room. Basic necessities available- microwave, good size mini refrigerator, sink, and boiling pot. Hair dryer available for use. I liked that we had 1st floor but there is an elevator for the other floors. Hangers available and drying hanger to dry laundry. Vending machines available nearby on the streets.

Cons: I didn’t like having to wait for clothes to hang dry. The train station was about 10-13 minutes walk depending on how quickly you walk. It was a bit small for 3 but there was a mattress available for the floor but little space to move around if used. There was no slippers available for use and only one mirror available and that was in the bathroom. No plugs in bathroom but there is an extension cord if needed.

Pros: ①口コミで一部の方が、掃除されていないといったコメントをさせていたが、私が宿泊した時はきれいに掃除されていました。 ②事前の鍵受け取り関連のご案内メールが丁寧だった。

Cons: トイレにスリッパがなかった。

また宿泊したいと思った。

Pros: スタッフが滞在していないため、プライベートな空間が確保できた。 何か困ったことがあっても、スタッフが電話で対応してくれた。 調理器具も揃っており、長期滞在にも向いていそう。

Cons: 初日にガスが止まっており、開通させる作業が必要だったが、スタッフが電話で丁寧に対応してくれたため、無事にお湯が使えた。 また、網戸やベランダなど、掃除が行き届いていない箇所がある点が残念だった。

満足。

Pros: 清潔感のあるワンルームマンション。お風呂に乾燥機能があり、毎日、お洗濯ができました。コンパクトに必要なものが揃っているので、暮らしやすかったです。ホテルよりもくつろげました。

Cons: 食器がプラスティックで、きちんと洗浄させていなかったので、全て洗い直す必用がありました。
