期待以上！コスパもアクセスも良好◎

Pros: 部屋が広くてとても清潔です。また、夜も静かで過ごしやすかったです。 アクセスも新宿や都心へ1本で行くことができ、便利です。 バス・トイレも2つついており、洗濯機も付いているので、複数人・長期の滞在にもおすすめです。 また、滞在初日にWi-Fiが繋がらないトラブルが有りましたが、夜遅くにも関わらずすぐに反応して下さり、翌日には解消してもらうなど、対応も迅速にしていただきました。 お部屋の価格とスタッフさんのおもてなし、双方非常に期待以上で大満足でした！

Pros: Wir waren fünf Tage in Tokio und wollten die wesentlichen Stadtteile erkunden. Dafür liegt das Apartment ideal. Was uns aber noch besser gefallen hat, war die fast kleinstädtische, idyllische und sehr ruhige Atmosphäre des Viertels. Man fühlt sich wie mitten im echten Japan und nicht wie in einem anonymen Hotelkomplex. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, an jedes Detail gedacht, der Platz optimal ausgenutzt, die Sauberkeit tipptopp. Wir waren drei Erwachsene und haben neben den breiten Betten noch eine klappbare Reservematratze vorgefunden, was es noch komfortabler machte. Die Gastgeberin Hiromi kümmerte sich sehr gut um uns, fragte regelmäßig nach und antwortete sehr schnell. Es liegt eine Infomappe mit sehr nützlichen Tipps zur Umgebung bereit: wo man gut einkaufen und gut essen kann. Wir können das Apartment nur empfehlen.

Cons: --- Vielleicht nur eine Bemerkung, hat aber eigentlich nichts mit dem Apartment zu tun: die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen gedacht. Wenn aber 4 Zwei-Meter-Herren mit je 120 Kilo kommen, könnte es knapp werden.

Super séjour !

Pros: L’appartement était vraiment agréable et rien n’y manquait (machine à laver, aspirateur, fer à repasser…) J’y ai passé 4 nuits toute seule et je m’y sentais comme chez moi ! Il y a un temple à 4 minutes à pieds et des restaurants ainsi qu’une station métro à 7 minutes à pieds (la Marunouchi Line) De plus, il y a également un grand supermarché pas très loin de l’appartement pour ce qui veulent cuisiner. Le quartier est également très calme, ce qui est très agréable. L’hôtel a même préparé un guide afin de nous indiquer les lieux d’intérêts du quartier (lieux à visiter, restaurants, transports…) que j’ai trouvé vraiment pratique ! J’en profite également pour remercier mon hôte, Hiromi pour sa gentillesse et pour avoir toujours été disponible pour répondre à mes questions et à préparer mon arrivée dans les meilleurs conditions.

Cons: Pendant mon séjour, la porte automatique de l’entrée du bâtiment a cessé de fonctionner, donc elle ne se fermait plus (normalement il faut un code pour y entrer). Je n’étais donc pas très rassurée d’autant plus que je n’avais qu’un seul verrou à fermer de l’extérieur de la porte de l’appartement dans lequel j’étais… Je n’ai donc pas trouvé cela très rassurant.

We would highly recommend staying at Tomalco Inn 2 and would gladly do so again.

Pros: Hiromi was an outstanding and friendly host and was always ready to help whenever there were questions or concerns. When we arrived with our two young children, she had pre-emptively prepared things we would need for them without request, (eg., diaper garbage bags, baby laundry detergent). There are additional perks like a small crib and umbrella stroller also available for use when requested. TVs, AC and laundry on site all worked excellently and were very much appreciated parts of our stay. The building and facilities were updated, very clean and kept well- no strange smells or stains, and very quiet. The walk to and from Sasazuka/ Honancho stations, can feel a bit long in the heat/ rain, but are relatively easy paths that also have many shops and restaurants along the way. All in all, we felt that this stay was the best stay we've had with two young children outside of staying with family.

Cons: This is not a complaint of the host, but we found the three flights of stairs to be a slight challenge with kids and luggage. The walk to and from Sasazuka/ Honancho stations, can feel a bit long in the heat/ rain, but are relatively easy paths that also have many shops and restaurants along the way.
