Pros: It's a second floor,so it's easy to go up with bags,it's modern and clean and a pretty and safe neighborhood!

Cons: It's a little far away from bus or metro,you do have to walk a little so after 20k steps in the day going from honancho station to the place is a but tiring. A little small for big groups plus bags,but for a couple, it's perfect

Pros: The bedding and ease of booking. And it is near nice restaurants and a train station

Cons: For a room that can have 3 people i think it is important to have 3 blankets. In the end we discovered the room had 4 quilt covers which we used as a blanket. The locker instructions could be a little clearer on how to open it. I think someone with no experience with those type of locks would not know how to get the key with those instructions.

Clean & comfortable, great quiet neighborhood.

Pros: Very clean apartment, comfortable beds. Well appointed kitchen. Super big TV screen. Good instructions to obtain key from locked box. Lovely quiet neighborhood.

Cons: We weren't advised that entry to the building was by scanning an entry box with the key. We only found out by accident. Apartment was very small/cramped. We needed help to open the apartment at one point during our stay and messaged the host via booking.com but never got a reply.

Location good, easy access to Shinjuku and Shibuya

Pros: Location was quiet and pleasant. Metro station a 15 min walk away. Some nice local restaurants nearby. Easy access to Shinjuku and Shibuya areas.

Cons: Some English instructions for the facilities would be better, washing machine, drier.

We enjoyed our stay there but would like to have known the correct number of beds.

Pros: I loved the location and the cleanliness of the property. The bathroom is nice and the shower has great water pressure. There is one bed in each room and they are extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. I also liked being able to wash clothes there.

Cons: The description online is a bit misleading to me as someone from the United States. It says there are two beds and two futons. The futons are actually thin little folded up mats that I don’t really think you could sleep comfortably on being on a hard floor. There was also a styrofoam board propped against the closet door which took up precious space in an already cramped room. If it had a purpose I don’t know what it was.

Pros: シャワー、トイレが２つあったのでスムーズに利用できた。 チェックインが容易であった。 備品の管理が良かった。

Cons: シングルベッドやソファーベッドの組み合わせがあると良い。 浴室の毛髪残りが気になった。

Pros: Kitchen is convenience. I can cook myself my breakfast

Cons: Too far into residential areas. It takes a bit long walk

Pros: Muy moderno y cómodo, con todas las necesidades. Barrio tranquilo a 10 min de la estación de tren. A unos 30 min de Shinjuku y otros tantos de Shibuya.

Cons: El secador no funcionaba ( o no supimos encenderlo) y el mando de la TV igual.

Pros: 手ぶらでOK。これあったら便利だなーは全てある。 家族連れだったので家に帰った雰囲気で疲れも全回復しました。

Cons: マウスウォッシュではなく歯ブラシだったら文句なし。 あえて言うなら鍵の開け方が手間。
