Superb and excellent

Pros: The property is spacious and clean and have nice interior design and it also nearby with the train station and konbini. Easy to commute.

Highly recommend!!

Pros: It was an amazing experience staying at OMATSURI BASE, a nice place with a convenient location near the subway station. The room provides many amenities that make for a comfy stay and are fit for our group of 4 people. The staff were very kind and helpful although there was some trouble during our stay. Highly recommend!!

Cons: We found some trouble during our stay due to a misunderstanding between the property and the contractor. So we were stuck in the hotel because the outer metal door was closed. However, the staff promptly assist via chat on the Booking application and offer compensation. We understand the situation and appreciate the offer.
