PREMIER suite Shinjuku West 3F 4F

Pros: This suite was comfy, spacious, and we felt totally welcomed by everyone involved :) would totally recommend!

Great vibes in traditional feeling Japanese home/multi level apartment

Pros: Spacious, double shower, triple toilet. 1minute from train station. Great host communication

Pros: The location is excellent, 3 mins from marunouchi subway and then 7 mins to Shinjuku station. Small eateries nearby. The apartment is very spacious (we were 2 adults and 4 kids), 3 toilets and 2 showers which was great for us.

Cons: There was a small issue with the door lock (which was handled promptly by our contact).

Pros: Spacious apartment, all the ammenities, close to some nice resteraunts and a few shops. More of a residential area so nice amd sleepy while having great public transport.

Group-friendly, tidy and respect-commanding generosity

Pros: The metro station was just a three minutes walk from the house. The check-in method was super simple and efficient. The host has even sent us a complete pamphlet on rules and check-in. Responses were quick and done at their best, despite a few losses in translation. Everything was amazingly clean, and the bathrooms and showers are perfect for big groups who want individual changing privacy. I don't remember it being mentioned to us, but we'll remember to put everything back to its place next time when I leave, including couches and blankets.

Cons: Trash-changing process could be improved, but it lasted ok for our group of 9 people during our 3 nights stay.

Excellent location, great local foods and shops

Pros: Location is superb, short walk to station. Foods around the area also superb - ramen shop, sushi, yakitori. Very friendly locals and restaurants Highly recommended

Pros: 本当になにも持ってこなくていいくらい全てが揃っていてめちゃくちゃ過ごしやすかったです！ 畳の匂いもお部屋の雰囲気も最高でした！

Cons: 2階が不気味すぎて子どもたちはビビってたからもう少しだけ幽霊屋敷感減るといいかなと、、 あと2階のトイレの清潔感がないかもです汗

安心&快適な宿泊体験でした。

Pros: 宿泊前からこちらにトラブルがありチャットでやり取りをしましたが、対応がとても早く助かりました。 チェックインも事前に鍵の番号を教えていただいていたのでスムーズに行うことができました。 お部屋は清掃が行き届いており清潔感があり、とても快適に過ごせました。 アメニティも充実していて、特にタオルがふわふわで使い心地が良かったです。 また利用したいと思える滞在でした。

Cons: 特に感じることはありませんでした

很值得回訪的住宿

Pros: 會儘速提供合理的需求，恢復速度很快 住宿空間乾淨舒適 離捷運站非常近 附近超商與超市都很方便 幾乎完美的住宿

Cons: 房間的隔音會比較差
