Pros: Honestly this was the best 1-night stay I could have asked for after a long travel day which included several delays. Nice and quiet. Take advantage of the sento! You won't regret it. So many free amenities to choose from in the bath, also appreciated having clean pj's, organized luggage storage system, and food+drink! Short walk from the train station, and there's a family mart across the street. Would book again!!!

Really great option and very cost effective.

Pros: Loads of extra benefits such as the free massage chairs

Cons: As the capsules are older they are not quite as generous as modern ones but still very good. Also, a bit of a walk from the station if you have heavy bags.

Pros: 3 time staying in this place. Nice location. Close to transport. Free meals in the morning and night time. One train to Haneda Airport - very convenient.

It was the perfect hostel experience in Tokyo!

Pros: The accomodation is perfectly equipped and extremely clean! The staff is very polite and helpful - es mangelt hier also an nichts :)

Cons: The only thing that could be optimized is a fully vegetarian/vegan Option for breakfast and Dinner - the Ramen Broth is with Gelatin, The vegetable curry with beef broth. But veggie people have the option to eat rice with soy sauce and pickled vegetables as well as miso soup, so they still can use the buffet!

Great location and feel safe hostel

Pros: Honestly it was perfect. The capsule was comfortable and spacious. The location was super great. They have hair products to use for free in the bathroom,toothbrush,hairbrush,hair curlers. They also have a self service bar till 3 am with good quality spirits.

Refreshed and rejuvenated for my travel

Pros: I really loved what they offered. The onsen was really a delight after a long flight, all the amenities was there. It is not a private shower type of place but you’re only there once so why not embrace it. The sauna and space for getting ready was really equipped with lotions at your use. I enjoyed the upstairs lounge room with massage chairs, drinks and manga. I feel women can easily come here to get away for the night from their busy lives to just chill. The capsule was a small but enough for a night or two. There was one cleaning lady who had glasses, she worked so hard and fast to ensure it was in top condition, from morning when I checked in till late. Can see they put a lot of effort to keep it maintained since there is a lot of people.

Cons: The capsules you do here people going in and out of. So if you are a light sleeper then I wouldn’t advise this, or can use ear plugs which they supply. But most of the Japanese guest are very respectful so there wasn’t talking in the sleeping areas. If staying with friend please be considerate to others

Perfect for solo travelling.

Pros: Comfy, elevated capsules, wonderful public bath and sauna with lots of free amenities to choose from. Free food and drink, co-working space, massage chairs.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Loved the stay here! Such a great location, close to metro stations and centraly locatedl. Perfect for a solo traveller stay. Well equipped with all you need, comfy beds, very clean, lovely food and plenty of products at disposal of guests for the best comfort.

If you stay anywhere in Tokyo it should be here!!

Pros: Super friendly and helpful staff. Great storage space - and free food and drink and an onsen made for such a relaxing stay

Cons: The room with pods in was quite dark

A surprisingly enjoyable introduction to capsule hotel life ; )

Pros: At first I was a bit weirded out by how institutional it all seemed and it was kind of bizarre all of these women going around in matching pyjamas but I got into it! It felt well thought out and considerate and generous and just an unusual way to stay. Delighted to have tried the capsule hotel experience - thank you to all the team for being so accommodating and well done - I can't imagine this kind of place existing in London.

Cons: The slippers! They gave me blisters so I went barefoot after a while...
