Good stay with value for money

Pros: the facilities is good, it’s a modern apartment & cozy place with balcony, located at a quiet neighbourhood one plus point it has washing machine & saved us a lot when do dialy laundry, love:) also rice cooker & cooking utensils

Cons: location is about 7 minutes walk to train station, no iron provided which is vital for travellers like me to wear ironed clothe esp travel during summer, you tend to bring linen shirts & pants

Great location and spacious apartment

Pros: Very spacious which is rare in Japan, great location not to far to the station or local shops

Cons: Not really anything to bad to mention, would be nice to have a little booklet with some local information

Pros: The location is about 550m from the nearest station Honjo Azumabashi. Recommended for fit people but the road is just flat. While walking, you can see tokyo skytree from the street.

Cons: I'm having trouble with the key box. The key code provided by the host didn't open the key box. I have to wait about 15 minutes for the host to reply message and give the new code. Same goes when I check out. Still struggling with the key box.

Pros: Love the location and the convenience of check in. There are lots of places to eat nearby and 9nly a 10ish min walk to skytree. Also had plenty of groceries and convenience stores nearby. Had some kitchen ware available in case you'd like to cook.

Cons: The listing pictures are a bit deceiving. We thought we booked a different room and the pictures make it look way bigger than it is. Also there are two locations (azumabashi and honjo azumabashi) and was confusing a little at first since the listing only said azumabashi. You have to take a look at the address and make sure, but both are very close to transit so not a big deal. The TV remote was also kind of broken, I asked about it and they said buy new batteries and I did but it didn't work. You just have to hook your phone up and use it as a remote instead via Google TV.

The best experience my family and I have. Looking forward to go back again.

Pros: Breakfast is not included. Location is accessible/near to grocery, bus station and convi stores; walking distance to Askusa, skytree and water park. Quiet and clean community. I

Cons: Cannot be located by google map since there is another place named Park Axis.

Pros: Convenient flat, decent location, clean with everything we needed

Cons: One toilet roll for 4 ppl for 4 nights seems too little

Good but staff should take care us when customers face problems

Pros: I like there so much! Near Tokyo skytree and honjo azumabashi station by 9 mins walking.

Cons: No staff at side to support when problem occurred. I called staff many times at side but no one responded. When I booked hotel, hotel name is Azumabashi but after pre-check in, hotel name was changed to Honjoazumabashi. I had to walk to new hotel place.

徒歩で観光地へ行ける便利な宿でした!

Pros: 最寄駅から近く、少し歩けばスーパーや薬局、レストランなどアクセスがよかったです。 また、スカイツリーや浅草にも徒歩で行くことができるので、景色や街並みを楽しみにながら歩くには丁度よかったです。 マンションのエントランスやゴミ置き場など、不便な所はなく、エレベーターも広かったので、子連れベビーカーでも余裕があり、大変ありがたかったです。 部屋の設備も新しくて綺麗だったので、使いやすかったです。

Cons: 前回も同じ管理会社さんの宿に泊まりましたが、清掃が行き届いて無かったので、今回は道具等を持参しました。小さい子供もいるため清潔にしたいと思い、部屋のチェックをしましたが、髪の毛やゴミも落ちておらず、寝具もそこそこ綺麗だったので安心しました。 ただ、お風呂は設備が綺麗なのに、掃除が行き届いていなくカビもあり、もったいなかったです。特に、バスチェアの裏側がカビだらけで使えなかったですし、子供が小さいので触ってしまわないか心配でした。 また、替えのゴミ袋は入っておらず、シンクの排水溝やお風呂の排水溝ネットも、いくつか置いておいて頂けると助かります。同じものを使っている様だったので、お風呂はすぐ詰まってしまいました。 オプション等で、地上波が映るテレビや、小さい子どもがいる場合はベッドの柵などが借りられると便利かなと思います。 お部屋は、思ったより狭く少し窮屈でした。

部份房型房間不大，但麻雀雖小、五臟俱全，還行！

Pros: 地點還不錯，距離都營地鐵 本所吾妻橋駅、Asahi總部大樓 大概都幾百公尺距離，離淺草觀音寺也大概步行1公里可達。住宿地點算是蠻新的大樓，房間內有許多便利設備

Cons: 1. 床本身偏軟、喜不喜歡就見仁見智；而沙發床則不行，有點凹凸不平、導致睡沙發床的人抱怨連連 2. 從訂房網站的照片看起來房間內應該要有電視機的，但實際抵達後沒有、經詢問也得到這個房型就是沒有的答覆，還好我們並不依賴電視，也就這樣吧！ 3. 取鑰匙的地方是在大樓旁的欄杆上，鎖了幾個鑰匙盒，一開始我們開半天都打不開我們房號的那個鑰匙盒，本來都要call飯店方了，結果不經意的發現旁邊竟然還有個同房號的鑰匙盒！也就是每個房號都會有2個鑰匙盒鎖在欄杆上，給房客用的那個上面還會多一層黑色橡膠皮。這部份在SOP上寫的並不明確，沒有特別提示2個鑰匙盒這件事，差點就進不去了

Pros: 綺麗で静かで、部屋からスカイツリーも見えて過ごしやすかったです！ 分からないことがあり、メールを送ったらスグに返事を頂けて助かりました！

Cons: チェックイン、チェックアウトの方法もう少し分かりやすくして欲しい！ WiFiのパスワードやプロジェクター型のTVのパスワードを分かりやすくして欲しい。 プロジェクター型のTVに関してはずっとパスワードがわからないままだった。
