Shinjuku central apartment! 3stops to Shibuya station 3mins walk to station

Pros: Really love the location of this property and next to everything. Close to multiple metro stations and convenience stores. Perfect for Tokyo newbies. Wonderful supportive staff who can speak fluent English! It is actually quite spacious and compact with all facilities. Really nice shower with hot water!

Cons: A little bit noise since it is next to major road, but since we are so tired of walking around and standing, travelling like no tomorrow, we had 0 issue to sleep. For those who are new to Japan, be ready for constantly walking and standing, they don’t have a lot benches no wonder everyone is fit!

Comfortable and good location

Pros: Good Location and bedding , great for family of 4 or 4 people . 7-eleven, Lawson and chemist/ drug store within 2 mins walks . Shinjuku 3chome subway station as well as Shinjuku golden street (drink bars) are few minutes walk . It has microwave as well. Coin Landry downstairs. You can also use “Bounce” app platform to store luggage at a nearby salon or hotels for 750yen each piece after check out.

Cons: Bathroom is old but clean. Also it needs better ventilation. If you are over 180cm maybe a bit difficult for shower

Amazing stay!

Pros: The apartment was in a great location, near the metro, with fantastic amenities available, including umbrellas which were very welcome on a rainy day in Tokyo!

Cons: The only negative was the noise level at night, but this was expected being in the centre of Tokyo!

Pros: Everything is near the accommodation, shops, food, metro etc ! I recommend 👍🏼

Good accommodation close to Tokyo highlights and public transport.

Pros: Great location right next to Kabukicho in Shinjuku. The accommodation provides an honest appreciation of living in small apartments in Tokyo. Plenty of toiletries for our five night stay and reasonably comfortable for our family. Plenty of attractions and great eateries within a short walk of the apartment, no to mention it's close proximity to public transport. Amanda's prompt and polite communication was appreciated.

Cons: Tight space and not five star, however, clean, well serviced, and expected for Tokyo.

Pros: Расположение очень удобное, в пешей доступности 3 станции метро, много круглосуточных вокруг, недалеко хороший тц, кровати и подушки супер удобные, быстрое заселение.

Cons: Вай фай работал только в первый день, потом почему-то перестал, написали хозяину жилья- не ответили, возможно потому что с другого номера, на котором был интернет.

Great location and comfortable stay, great value for money

Pros: The apartment was in a fantastic location—quiet street but close to everything and easy to reach on foot. It was spacious, clean, and good value for money. The kitchen had everything I needed, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and having both a balcony and an elevator was a huge plus, especially with large suitcases. Bonus: would recommend the noodle shop downstairs - it was amazing! :)

Cons: The elevator and hallway were very hot, though that’s to be expected in this kind of weather.

We had a great stay, apartment is small but has everything you need and is perfect for a family of 4.

Pros: Great location, good AC in the hot summer, nice place for a family of 4. Very close to restaurants and convenience stores.

Pros: 아만다님 너무 너무너무 친절하게 맛집까지 알려주시고 한국말도 너무 유창하시고 감사했어요 지도와 주소가 달라서 굉장히 찾는데 고생을했지만 그 고생을 잊을만큼 좋았어요 숙소 가격에 비해 컨디션도 너무 좋고요 침대가 4개가 있어서 한명이 하나씩 쓸수있고 일본 와본 중 가장넓은방이었던것같어요 화장실도 좁지만 있을거 다있고 ㅋ따뜻한 물도 잘나오고 전자래인지도 있고 가성비 최고에요 이 가격에 이렇게 올수있어서 좋았어요 다시 신주쿠에 오게된다면 또 찾게될것같아요 프론트가 없지만. 메일확인 안하고 에어비엔비같은 시스템인것을 모르고 호탤로만찾고 왔던 저의 불찰이었죠 ㅠ ㅠ ㅠ
