A hotel convenient for travel around Tokyo with a luxurious feel.

Pros: Well located hotel with superb staff. I loved that check in, check out and luggage were dealt with by humans rather than machines and QR codes.

Cons: Nothing to not like.

First time in Japan? This is the place to stay

Pros: The location is pretty central to everything with a few confident stores near by. The staff are probably one of the best in hotel service industry. Having traveled to Japan a few times, for location, price and level of service is justified.

Cons: No real dislikes, sometimes the elevators get packed. But mostly since it’s a really busy hotel.

Big comfortable rooms in a fantastic location.

Pros: Fantastic hotel, in a brilliant location. Room was big for Tokyo, was well appointed with a great bathroom. One of the best hotels I have stayed at for this price range in Tokyo.

Perfect for a short stay in Tokyo

Pros: Location was perfect as it’s a short walk to Ikebukuro Station. Good amenities even has a Gym available for a fee if you want to use.

Cons: Bed and pillows not very comfortable - we didn’t get breakfast as it’s 3500Y per person per day.

Highly recommended, big rooms and incredibly comfortable.

Pros: This hotel exceeded my expectations. I have stayed at many hotels in Tokyo, but this one has a charm that newer hotels lack. The reception area was fantastic, as were the staff. The room was big for Tokyo, with a great bathroom and amenities that made it somewhere I looked forward to coming back to at the end of a big day out. Ikebukuro also was a great base for Tokyo and I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The room was spacious and cleaned; the breakfast is amazing (do not miss it) and the employees amazing. This is the second time that I stay in this hotel and I will come back with pleasure.
