good home base for sightseeing Tokyo

Pros: - great location near Komagome station - very comfortable beds - good kitchen and bathroom equipment

Well-located, budget-friendly stay ideal for short visits

Pros: We stayed here for a short visit and found the location incredibly convenient—just steps away from the train station, supermarket, and several convenience stores. The property offered good value for money and suited our needs well. The beds were slightly lower than usual, which might be worth noting for some guests. Fortunately, we were on the ground floor, as there’s no elevator access to upper levels. Overall, a practical and well-situated choice for a brief stay.

Pros: Cozy as per the name…the Komagome station just behind the building

Cons: We got the highest floor - 5th floor 😅

A really wonderful place to stay, comfortable and ideally located. Set us up for a great time in Tokyo!

Pros: Ok firstly room was spacious can accomodate 2 adults and 3 kids just fine. Just 5mins walk from Komagome station and there are convenient stores and a supermarket around the corner. About half an hr train ride to Shibuya or Shinjuku. So if you are looking for a cheaper alternative, location wise ok.

Cons: One very important thing to note is that this establishment does not have a lift! So its fine if you get the room on the first floor but we also had rooms on the 4th and 5th floor. Can you imagine how we had to carry the luggages up?! That was not so great...

Comfortable and great location.

Pros: The location is fantastic and very easy to get everywhere in the city. Clean and comfortable space.

Cons: The stairs to the fifth floor could be tiring and with a large suitcase it was quite difficult to get up there. Also, the hot water wasn't working but that's an easy fix and could very well have been my own error!

Great family apartment p

Pros: This home is perfect for a family, it is close to the station and shops which makes it incredibly easy to get everywhere you want to go. The apartment is tidy and all house instructions are very clear and helpful. If you come with a family there are a few great parks a short walk away. We excited to be staying here again soon.

Cons: Nothing, the locals are amazing and this is such a great area.

Pros: this room quite spacious & cozy. near the yamanote line station. theres a lot of convenience nearby. worth every penny

Pros: 房間小巧很溫馨.也很安靜.有甚麼問題住宿方會隨時on call.會注重房客的感受 住宿地點真的非常方便.離地鐵非常近.下樓有超商美食.附近又有六義園.

Cons: 人少需要住在較高的樓層.樓梯間狹小.不好搬運.住在5樓會非常辛苦.建議多點人一起住.不會搬行李搬得太辛苦

Alles was man braucht in zentraler aber ruhiger Lage.

Pros: Tolle Lage direkt an der grünen Linie. Wir haben das Viertel lieb gewonnen.

Cons: Den Wäschetrockner haben wir nicht richtig bedienen können. Eine ausführlichere Bedienungsanleitung würde helfen.
