Clean, convenient, great value!
Pros: Great location, easy walk to trains. Good food around. Host was responsive and helpful. Excellent value for money, especially for families (with all the beds!). Amenities like the washing machine, fridge and stove were helpful. Very clean and comfortable beds/pillows. We would stay there again!

The overall cleanliness, helpfulness of the owner, and good location
Pros: We had a really wonderful stay at this place. The room is very spacious, much bigger than I expected, and comes with a large, comfortable bed that made resting after long days of exploring incredibly relaxing. One of my favorite parts of the stay was definitely the bathroom—it’s modern, well-maintained, and equipped with reliable hot water, which made showers feel like a treat every day. The overall cleanliness of the space is quite clean. The owner is one of the highlights of this stay—extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything you might need. As for the location, it’s quite convenient once you know the way. Be sure to exit from Iriya Gate at JR line Ueno station. From there, walk towards Jewelry Bridge, and once you cross that, you can easily follow the directions on Google Maps to reach the property. It’s tucked into a quiet neighborhood, so you get to enjoy some peace and quiet while still being connected to the city.
Cons: While my overall stay at the property was pleasant and comfortable, there are a few aspects worth mentioning for future improvement—especially for guests traveling with family or those who prioritize certain amenities. One thing to note is that one of the beds, particularly the one located closer to the bathroom, is an older spring mattress. Compared to the main bed, this one felt noticeably softer and less supportive. If you're someone who prefers a firmer mattress or needs proper back support, you might find it a bit uncomfortable for long stays. It would be great if the owner could consider replacing this bed with a newer, more supportive option in the future. The same goes for the pillows provided. While they are clean and well-maintained, I personally found them too soft and a bit too thin for my comfort. A thicker or firmer pillow option—perhaps even offering guests a choice between soft and firm—would make a big difference in sleep quality, especially for those who need more neck support. Another important thing to keep in mind is that the property is accessible only via stairs—there is no elevator. This might not be a major issue for solo travelers or couples with light luggage, but it can be quite inconvenient for families with young children, elderly guests, or those carrying heavy suitcases. The staircase can be a bit of a challenge after a long day out or during check-in/check-out. So, if you’re traveling with a family or have mobility concerns, it's something to plan for in advance.

Pros: Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage mit Nähe zur Ueno Station sowie Inaricho Station. Man kann auch schön bis nach Asakusa laufen. Die Betten waren sehr angenehm. Es gab sogar eine Waschmaschine, welche in der Anzeige zuvor nicht angegeben war, aber sehr praktisch ist. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns geholfen unsere Taschen die Treppen runter zu tragen.
Cons: Die Handtücher waren leider sehr fusselig, weshalb wir sehr glücklich waren eigene dabei gehabt zu haben (vielleicht könnten diese mal ausgetauscht werden). Auch hat man die Wohnung darüber aufgrund der vibrierenden Lampen teilweise gehört.

Pros: 早餐的附近麥當勞可以買商店超市都很方便地鐵站沿方便，美中不足是因為我們是住在三樓樓上有四樓加蓋，如果4樓上有人大力移動的話，往往會很大聲，那你放心是不會聽樓上人講話的，但原則上隔音是ok的。
Cons: 有一張床真的很軟。桌子沒法移動往往行李箱就很難放東西。其他的話都不錯，還好，廁所好熱。

Pros: The property is situated near ueno station, yamanote line, and inaricho station, ginza line. Near convenience stores and restaurants
Cons: A little bit of noise from upstairs, but the staff are very responsive, and would always respond and act on our concerns.
