Pros: Very friendly staff. Clean rooms with very good sound proofing. Breakfast was good too. Staff was so helpful forwarding our luggage to the next hotel. The did everything by themselves. Highly recommended!

Pros: The staff is really nice, also the fact that they have like a library/cafeteria where you can eat food you get from outside, it very convenient. Also location is good not far from A line and H line.

Cons: The light in the room, you really have to do something about it. It's too bright. We would prefer warmer lighting.

Pros: The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, they are small so is crowded with 2 suitcases but fine for a few days and you are out all day anyway exploring. Very convenient with the train line right next door. We had breakfast included each day which was filling.

Pros: Everything was as expected. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast had lots of options.apprefiated the library cafe was a bonus for evening snacks.

Lovely staff, good breakfast and great location

Pros: Great location, on top of a 7/11 and next to the station with easy access to asakusa, Tokyo station, akihabara etc. staff were really friendly greeting you every day and free breakfast was great. Clean rooms

Pros: Everything was really clean, the employees were so nice, efficient and fast. The breakfast was amazing, and the location was pretty good, it was literally on the side of the JR station, so we used it everyday, even to go to the airport. Also had a 7 eleven on the side and some restaurants too. You could go by walking to Akihabara. Just an observation, rooms in Japan generally are really small, so I would probably choose a room for 4 people even if it's only for two, so you can have more space for your luggage and everything. But still, the room was pretty comfortable.

Amazing location, clean modern facilities, and amazing breakfast.

Pros: Very comfortable and spacious bed (finally a cheap accommodation where my feet aren’t dangling off the bed). Clean and modern facilities and the best complementary breakfast I’ve had from a hotel. Buffet breakfast was great and some dishes change everyday. I was so surprised at how many dishes were on offer including smoothies, soups, Asian meat side dishes, Western dishes, salads, pastries, and more. Also very convenient location - it’s sandwiched next door beside a train station entrance, and a 7/11. Perfect location!
