住宿位置絕佳！其他部分請自行參考

Pros: 位置：住宿地點離濱松町站非常近，交通上去羽田機場或是各個地方都非常便利！這點無庸置疑的好！整潔：整體環境清潔度不錯，我們有容易過敏的小孩在，但沒有發生過敏的狀況服務：負責接洽回應的人員，都有盡量回答我們的問題，沒有遇到什麼太大的狀況

Cons: 浴缸：浴缸的排水問題一直都是弊病，問題不在浴缸底下的排水管，而是浴缸本體的排水口應該有大量毛髮塞住了，導致我們洗澡的時候浴缸內總是大量積水隔音：因為房子是用鐵皮隔層搭建的，隔音自然會比較差，前兩天樓上有不小的走動聲音，後來就比較沒了螺旋樓梯：我本身不討厭二、三樓分開的住宿模式，但有些人如果行李較大較重，可能要注意一下搬運行李的問題，螺旋樓梯比較難搬運一點，而且請小心不能刮傷停車格的車子！
