Appartement agréable dans un quartier à découvrir

Pros: Le logement est agréable même s il peut paraître un peu petit. Les rideaux étaient occultants ce qui est très appréciable. La situation et le quartier étaient très agréables, restaurant, métros à proximité.

Cons: Pas de contact direct avec le propriétaire pour récupérer le code d accès de la porte d entrée de l immeuble. Nous avons Attendu plus de 30 mn devant l immeuble avant d avoir le code. Échange difficile en anglais avec notre interlocuteur qui ne semblait pas comprendre notre problèmatique mais qui a fait de son mieux. Escalier tres étroit et raide.
