Amazing apartment in Shinjuku

Pros: Amazing cozy apartment equipped with all amenities that we required for our 5-nights stay. I was running the Tokyo Marathon so the proximity to the start area was a necessity for me and it's <10min walk so great. It's close to the metro and JR lines, many good restaurants and shopping area and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Observatory which is 5min or so has amazing views of Tokyo from the 45 floor and good light show from the park.

Cons: Nothing much to state here other than it's slightly cozy for 3 people but that's we knew and wanted that rather than to book a separate room or apartment. So in fact it's quite a good option to be able to accommodate a 3rd person is the room.

Pros: Great location. The apartment was very functional and it was great to have a washing machine.

Great stay, will definitely come back when Im in Tokyo.

Pros: Location is amazing, the building is in good shape, beds are very comfortable and complete with amenities thats needed for the stay, overall is a great place to stay.

Cons: Theres a grounded wires somewhere in the unit, and it gives off a bit of electrical current when initially touching metal surfaces. Its more of a niusance than anything else. It would also be nice to have a little broom or vaccum to clean by ourselves, when staying longer than a couple of nights. Overall still a great stay.

Authentic Japanese Stay

Pros: The property was in a great location, far enough away from busyness, but close enough to walk to Shinjuku. It was the perfect size, especially with the big wardrobe to put clothes and suitcases away. The kitchen is small, but functional. Communication with the host was super quick and friendly.

Cons: The bed was very small, but that’s due to the space. A tea towel and a plug for the sink in the kitchen would be a bonus. Another thing that could be added and would give the apartment a more homely feel is a TV.

Pros: Near to Nishishinjuku, the hosts instructions were very clear, very spacious for Tokyo, quiet area, short walk from central Shinjuku. Would stay again!

Cons: N/A

Pros: The room was very clean and larger than we expected from the photos (usually we have the opposite problem!). The host was amazing and very understanding with a small issue we had upon check out. Would recommend for sure!

Cons: Finding the rubbish bin was a little difficult, and the camera located in the elevator with the viewing screen in the foyer was off putting.

good place to stay if need a quiet room

Pros: short walking distance from subway, convenient shops and restaurants nearby

Cons: quiet walking on the road at night

Great for exploring Tokyo

Pros: Nice to have an apartment, pretty good location, quiet.

Cons: It was really windy during our stay and you could hear the drafts through the vents
