Pros: A very quiet and relaxing place with truly positive vibes. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, mainly thanks to the incredibly kind and friendly people. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. We will definitely come back!

It was comfortable. Easy to check in and out. Prefect for a quick overnight stay for work.

Pros: I liked that there was staff present at my arrival and stayed there till at least 11pm. Since my check-in time was late in the evening, I appreciated knowing that someone would be there to explain things to me. They were very friendly and helpful.

Very good!!

Pros: The Chinese front desk staff were super friendly! Help me boil hot water to make instant noodles, help me heat up the bento in the microwave, and bring me chopsticks.

Cons: The multi-person dormitory room is a bit small, but there's nothing we can do about it.

Pros: The facilities were very clean, and the pillows and blankets were very comfortable. They had extension cords for phone charging which was very useful. The staff were very accepting and understanding, even after we realised we were going to check out late.

Pros: Best location in tokyo! Calm and quiet, yet close to everywhere. Good facilities, clean.

Cons: Staff wasnt the best comparing to hospitality in other places. They were foreigners though.
