New room in great condition, fully equipped

Pros: It’s an Airbnb-style place, so breakfast isn’t provided. However, you can easily grab breakfast at nearby convenience stores. The location is great—close to many restaurants and a pharmacy.

Cons: No elevator on third floor

Would recommend for a family or a group

Pros: Property is in the center of Shibnjuku, but in a quiet neighborhood, so you can sleep calmly but be in the center of action after leaving your apartments. There was a lot of place in the rooms, air conditioning in every room. Everything clean and cozy.

Cons: I liked everything, amazing place.
