Best place to stay

Pros: Everything it was an amazing experience, and the location was superb. I wanted to extend my stay, but it was fully booked

Pros: Supportive customer service with prompt replies. Located at Korean Street. A quiet place to stay. Overall, a good stay.

Cons: The room is small and there is no space to place our luggage. The bathroom is cramped, making it difficult to change after a shower.

Pros: No face to face check in (i liked). Quiet location and close to train station(7 min walk). Owner is good through WeChat communication.

Very smooth and comfortable experience! I will come back if I stay in Shinjuku again.

Pros: I got to experience the life in a Japanese apartment. Walking distance to Shinjuku and next to 2 train stops Shin-Okubo station(JR Line) and Okubo station (Chuo-Shobu line). The area was really quite. Perfect location for a single woman travelling as you avoid the Shinjuku-Kabukicho area but still close to all the main locations.

Cons: During my stay the television broke down which was unfortunate. However, the landlord ordered a new one on the same day to fix it. I never met anyone during my stay but the personell was very responsive at all times.

Great place in Tokyo

Pros: Great location, only one station from Shinjuku. The apartment has everything you may possibly need. The host always replied quickly and was very welcoming. I would definitely stay there again!

Pros: It was clean and the room was big enough for 3 people to stay in. Was a very easy check in process and was closer enough to the stations and food areas.

Cons: We were on the bottom floor and it was very loud through the night as we were right next to the road. The shower and toliet are in the same room just something to keep in mind.
