Minor issues that didn't really detract from the overall experience.

Pros: Close to local station (Okubo), with Shinjinku one stop away. Very easy for commute all across Tokyo. Also very close to convenience stores and local food.

Cons: Main living AC/Heater was unusable due to horrific noise. Some concreting works during stay, mostly fine, however returning in the evening, a couple of stairs had been done. The resulting frames made the stairs difficult due to My Father and I having injuries.
