Great

Pros: Location was great! Handy to the train, quiet for the most part with very friendly locals. Felt like being immersed in a residential Tokyo district and not a tourist hot spot

Nice but can improve.

Pros: The beds were comfortable, the bathroom and toilet were a bit confusing at first but they provided instructions in English. The location was good and close to the metro. The check in was easy too, no keys, just a code for the door.

Cons: We heard noises from outside at night. the room was a bit dirty and little small for 3 people. There was only one mirror and only in the bathroom, which was uncomfortable.

Beautiful and wonderful apartment

Pros: Beautifully decorated apartment Comfortable beds - there were 6 of us in the apartment and it was great

Cons: The location is a bit far from the center, but if you take that into account, it's not that bad.

Pros: Staff was very patient and keen to come in person and help whenever we required assistance with the appliances.

Cons: Would suggest if drinking water could be provided and change of towels if stay is more than 2 days . We ended up using the same towel for 4 days.

Modern and convenient apartment in non-touristy area

Pros: Modern building in non-touristy area, close to a well connected train station, a supermarket and a few restaurants. Comfortable apartment with a loft, allowing for a bit of privacy. Very nice and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean.

Cons: The setup of the kitchen and sitting area in our apartment was such that you couldn't have a comfortable meal-not even breakfast -at the same time (3 people). The street in front of the hotel can get busy (hence loud) during the morning rush hour, but that is to be expected in the biggest city of the world.

Overall, it was a good stay

Pros: Property is nice and clean and location is also very good

Cons: There is no cupboard. We booked it for five nights and it was a bit difficult. If you were booking for a shortest day, perfect. If you’re booking for longest stay, there are no cupboards.

Great apartment at a good price but that’s reflected in the location.

Pros: The size of the three bedroom apartment was awesome. Very spacious and comfy beds. Close to Oku train station and also Tabata station.

Cons: The location is close to train station but quite a trek to major sights, so if you’re out for the day you really need to stay out. And there wasn’t a lot of restaurants around other than McDonalds and Dominoes when you needed dinner after a long day. Wifi is not the fastest.

Incredible stay!

Pros: Great location, helpful staff, incredibly clean and incredible value for the 2 weeks we stayed. There were 4 of us and we comfortably fit in the room. The kitchen was small but good enough to make breakfast. There was also a washer/dryer which was very nice to have. I would definitely come here again!

Really comfy beds, great place to stay

Pros: Beds were very comfy. Large area. Close to a few different train lines. Staff was great when needed.
