Simple and convenient room for both short and longer stays.
Pros: Convenient location - under a 5-minute walk to the train station, and the station was one stop away from Ueno/Akabane (decently big transfer station). It was also very close to multiple conbinis and food options. Spacious room; it could fit three suitcases. The place was also clean, and the bed was comfy. The hairdryer provided was super effective. The heater was also a lifesaver to keep warm in the winter.
Cons: I wish the shower panel thing had an explanation, as I did not understand when it would say a message in the middle of the night or the different settings. Also, if there was a microwave/somewhere to heat up food aside from the kettle.

Good place if you want a room not too close to the city center but still well-connected
Pros: The room is situated in a new building in a quiet residential area between the stations of Oku and Kaminakazato so it's relatively convenient to move around, although you'll still need to walk for a bit from both stations. The host gave us a PDF document with all the necessary information, including how to get the keys, so we didn't need further assistance.
Cons: The room is very small and it will be a challenge to move around if you have big luggage. The bathroom is especially small as well and if you're taller than the average Japanese person you'll probably have a hard time using it

Pros: It was clean and had a warm and cozy environment. The owner was very responsive to text and tried to meet our needs. Would recommend!
Cons: Closest station was 15 min and for the toilet you have to sit a bit turned.

Nice stay
Pros: The location was very nice, it was very near to the Oku station, which gave us a good connection to the center. There was a water kettle, a hairdryer, shampoo, body soap and conditioner free to use. The instructions to find the hotel and get into the room were very nicely written and good to understand. Thanks for the nice stay!
Cons: The bathroom was very small. There was a panel to switch on the hot water for the shower, sadly there wasn't an information or instruction that told us that we need to turn that on, so we showered cold for the first 5 days. A small piece of paper with an info would have been nice.

Pros: A small, comfortable, and clean apartment. It's perfect for two people. The location is strategic, close to Oku Station. It's perfect for those who travel all day and come home just to rest.

Praktische Unterkunft für 1 Woche Sightseeing in Tokio
Pros: Gute Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Unkomplizierter Check-in/Check-out. In der Nähe sind Supermarkt/Combinis und 2 Haltestellen für die Bahn. Schneller Kontakt zu Anbieter möglich über Booking.com, falls Fragen bestanden ☺️ Insgesamt eine gute, günstige Unterkunft, wenn man sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist. 😃
Cons: Das Bad ist wirklich klein für große Menschen. Eine Anleitung für Warmwasser wäre super gewesen, aber durch Ausprobieren ging es dann ☺️
