Bright and spacious room, with good facility and great location.

Pros: Very spacious for Japan standard. About 10 minute walk to station.

Cons: No toothbrush available for us 😆

Nice location, minimal decor, convenient washer and dryer unit

Pros: Location was great. Walkable distance to stations, nearby restaurants, and conbinis. Close to Shinjuku. Quiet neighborhood. WiFi wasn’t working, but manager was quick to respond and send someone out to resolve the problem. Unit had a washer/dryer combo.

Cons: No elevator, so if you have lots of luggage, or a bad back, reconsider or request a unit on the 1st floor. There was some visible dust on the floor near the beds.
