Pros: Great quiet area, easy to use once you know what you’re doing. Everything you need all in one apartment.

Cons: Bed was quite small for the two of us but we made it work.

Pros: Small but cozy room with everything you need. Convenient location, close to the metro and train station. Nearby shops, cafes. The room was clean, all instructions were available.

Great for two ! Beware, flat on the 5th floor with no lift

Pros: Quiet, clean, well equipped and located apartment. Modern equipment. Shower works as a clothes dryer. AC much appreciated. Super close to the metro station. Family mart and all needed stores nearby. I would recommend it for two people.

Cons: - No lift - apartment is located at the 5th floor and the steps are big and the staircase narrow. I would not recommend it if you have heavy suitcases. - Not enough cutlery / plates etc. Glasses, plates, mugs etc are all plastic. For the price, they should be better quality. - Not even one tea bag / instant coffee. Having a little welcome kit available at the flat would be appreciated by the guests : some tea bags, coffee, oil, salt, pepper. - Mattress is not very comfortable - No enough storage / wardrobes - As everywhere in Japan, no blackout blinds so bring your sleeping masks

Pros: Spaceful, clean, easy check in & check out (but u should contact the host for pre checkin before arriving), well -equipped. Reasonable price

Pros: I like the location. It's where locals stay. But not too far from the city

Cons: The bed. The photos and description tell it's a queen bed but actually it's super single bed and we had to squeeze together. Luckily we are small. But the bed is actually for one person

Pros: Location was good, only 4-5 minutes leisurely walk to the nearby subway or JR station, which was only about 10-15 minutes travel to the Tokyo or Ginza city areas. Surrounding was quiet, with several convenience stores at vicinity. Room was bright, tidy and clean and heating was good - adequate for outside at just above freezing temperature. Efficient electric stove good for any style cooking. Good hot water supply. All utilities and appliances (fridge, freezer, microwave, lights, tv) in good working order. The bath and shower came with hot air and drying ventilation which was useful and definitely a bonus. There was also a remote switch to light up or switch off all lights, that was helpful particularly at bedtime. It now also provided free wifi.

Cons: Inadequate work top for food preparation. No chopping board provided. Not so straight forward check in and key collection procedures, further complicated with change of procedures from that stipulated in the original instructions - wasted one hour. No lifts for upper floors, hence need to carry luggage up staircase

Pros: good location and not far from Sugamo Station , room size is bigger than most hotels in Tokyo on the same price and complete facilities.

Value for money at the time of booking from November 13 - 23. Not so crowded and noisy neighborhood.

Pros: It was near to a lot of convenience stores, restaurants, street market, temple and train station in the yamanote loop line.

Cons: Although the stairs was a welcome exercise for us as we are active people and very athletic. We were given the 4th floor with luggages and all and but no elevators. Unless you welcome the workout, other people booking this property must be aware of it.

Pros: Ubytovaninbyo super! Pračka, topeni nebo ventilator v koupelně. Sušák. TV pohodlná postel. Zabezpečení je vynikající dva zámky. Dveře jak trezor. Výborné spojenindo centra. super lokalita. V okoli je mnoho obchodů.
