Pros: This homestay truly exceeded my expectations! Not only does it have a unique design style, with surprises in every corner, but the host also shows his love for detail. From the comfortable beds to the carefully arranged furniture, every detail reflects the host's care. In addition, the host's warm hospitality and professional advice made our trip even more enriching.

MI-HOTEL SUGAMO 4층 스위트룸-테라스 리뷰
Pros: 숙소가 깨끗하고 깔끔했다. 서로 분리된 두 방에 각각 화장실이 딸려 있어 많은 인원이 있을 때 방을 분리해서 사용하기 편리했다. 도쿄에서 변기와 세면대, 욕조 또는 샤워실로 이루어진 완전한 화장실을 두 개 이상 갖추고 있는 숙소가 정말 찾기 힘든데 이 곳은 훌륭한 화장실을 두 개나 갖추고 있어 좋았다. 창문 밖과 옥상의 테라스를 프라이빗하게 사용할 수 있다. 스가모역 주변이 번잡하지 않고 조용해서 일본 현지의 분위기를 잘 느낄 수 있었다. 관리인이 늦은 밤까지도 메일에 잘 답장해 주었다. (Booking.com의 기본 이메일에서 온라인 체크인을 위한 링크가 자동 삭제되는 오류가 발생해 곤경을 겪었는데 관리인이 해당 문제를 해결하기 위해 최선을 다해주었고 Booking.com을 통하지 않는 숙소의 gmail을 통해 원활한 소통이 가능했다.) 치약, 칫솔, 핸드워시, 샴푸, 바디워시, 컨디셔너 등 기본적인 세면도구를 제공하고 각 방마다 110v 멀티탭, 커피포트, 전자레인지, 냉장고(냉동실은 없음), 다이슨 헤어 드라이어와 청소기 등을 갖추고 있어 생활에 어려움이 없었다.
Cons: 건물에 엘리베이터가 없다. 인당 수건 한 장, 샤워타월 한 장을 기본 제공하는데 추가 제공분은 유료라고 안내되어 있어 부족할 수 있다. 401호는 원래 3인용을 가정하고 세팅된 공간인 것 같은데 퀸사이즈 침대를 하나 더 넣어 최대 5인까지 묵을 수 있게 만들었다. 때문에 장롱이 잘 열리지 않고 캐리어를 풀 공간이 부족하다. TV에서 구글 TV를 제공하지만 공영방송은 연결되어 있지 않았다. 작은 쓰레기통은 있었지만 분리수거와 음식물 쓰레기를 위한 쓰레기통이 별도로 준비되어 있지 않았다. 식기도구를 기본 제공하는데 짝이 맞지 않았다.

Local, roomy, comfy beds-would recommend
Pros: The best nights sleep I had my whole trip! Very comfortable bedding and great size of an apartment for a large group (there were 6 of us). Location was local, close to food and about 7-10 min walk from the nearest station (on the Yamanote line).
Cons: No elevator, so just be prepared for stairs and plan accordingly. Also, there is no washing machine, though there is a drying rack on the balcony.

It was a great stay in Mi Hotel 2. We stayed there for 6 nights.
Pros: It was very close to Sugamo Station. The neighborhood was great and the most important is my kids felt like at their home.
Cons: It didn’t have bathroom mat and washing machine

Spacious but noisy apartment.
Pros: Spacious and recently totally renovated. Cooktop worked well.
Cons: Lots of traffic noise, especially motorcycles, heard inside the apartment. Water not hot enough to soak in the tub.

Angenehme, komfortable, qualitative Wohnung mit schöner Küche, leider ohne Ausstattung.
Pros: Sehr gute Lage in unmittelbarer Fußnähe zur Yamanote-Linien-Station Sugamo. Ein wunderbar geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit Tatami-Matten und bequemen Futons. Alles schön sauber und komfortabel.
Cons: Eindeutiges Minus ist die fehlende Küchenaustattung! Die Küche selbst ist top, aber es gibt tatsächlich nur etwas Besteck, Stäbchen und ein paar Tassen. Sonst gar nichts - keine Schälchen, keine Teller, kein Kochgeschirr. Eine Küche hat keinen Sinn, wenn nicht zumindest eine Mindestkochausstattung vorhanden ist.
