Pros: The size of the unit. Spacious for 3 pax and comfortable. Complete facilities and location

Pros: Brand new building, modern, clean, spacious, very nice location, quiet and walkable to the Shinjuku city, The host or (online help desk)always reply right the way and work until very late. Very appreciated and most recommended. Will definitely come back to stay here.

Cons: all electronic appliances are very high tech. fully equipped but quite complicated to use, all buttons are in Japanese, no Eng.!! we have to use the photo translation to help.

Ok to stay in Shinjuku

Pros: Location is fine, very near Metro station. Lots of restaurants in 10 to 15 minutes walk.

Cons: Needs to walk up n down to the top of the building is quite tiresome. The bed is too near to the floor, looks like a very low sofa bed. Pillows are too soft and small. No table for eating so didn't use the kitchenette, a pity.

Pros: The place was really nice. The position was one of the greatest perks of this place, if not the greatest. The apartment was just right for three people.

Cons: The place is quite small, but for us this was not an issue. This comment is just a warning. BUT if you plan to just wash up and sleep in this apartment, the dimensions are fine.

Pros: It’s perfect location just 2 mins from the train station and 2 mins the opposite direction to the bus stop. Close to numerous convenient stores and in a nice quite area but still close to central Tokyo ( 10 mins away).

Cons: It took 30 minutes to get the apartment keys from to different security processes. Really irritating after travelling for just under 24hrs ( including layover) and arriving at 10pm to accommodation to have to go through a long process to just get into the places.

offers easy access to the city, place doesnt quite live up to the photos.

Pros: it was in a great location, very convenient, had the bare minimum which was everything i needed

Cons: the staff chose not to tell me how to dispose of trash for some reason, which became a big problem. the bed was pretty hard and the dinner tables were hard as well as wobbly.
