Great location and great host. Highly recommended

Pros: I really liked the location, very convenient to travel to Tokyo station and Shinjuku station. Host was a great communicator and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Very clean.

Cons: I'm a bigger person and the stairways upstairs were a small challenge for me. I did stay at the ground level so I didn't need to use the stairs often. Toilet is on the second level.
