L stay & grow to rise and shine.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay here. Can recommend it. I loved the pajama. Breakfast is available with Japanese and continental style options.

Great cosy place to stay

Pros: Clean, spacious rooms, useful amenities, friendly staff. Not that far from a subway station Restaurants all around, kombinis too, even a Mc Do

Cons: Location can be tricky if you plan to visit west of Tokyo

Will choose this Hotel all over again

Pros: The size of the room bigger than most of other hotel. 7-10mins walks from train station. Feel safe to walk at night. There’s park along the way. We can store our luggage prior and after same day. Got freebies from the lobby. There is coin laundry available. The lobby smell soooooooo good. Definitely will choose this hotel again. I don’t think the hotel far from the city. It just few stations away from nihombashi sta. Rindu Tokyo

Nice relaxing night

Pros: The luggage storage was such a perk! While the rooms were small they were still spacious and had everything we needed.

Pros: It was clean. Good location. Lots of cosmetic items for use...testers.

Cons: Small bed/room. Not so good breakfast.

Pros: The hotel was located in a lovely quiet area of Tokyo, and the staff were lovely.

Comfort. Quality. Affordability.

Pros: The room was good sized for Tokyo. It is very quiet there. The facility is very new and clean. It has a nice atmosphere.

Cons: Its somewhat far away from any action or tourist destinations. But this was not a problem as the Tozai line is nearby.

Lovely place and staff

Pros: The staff were all very friendly. The lady in reception on 31 December evening helped us make a reservation and was incredibly kind and efficient.

Cons: The rooms temperature was a bit too hot

Pros: On our arrival it was a bit tricky to find our way to the hotel

Brand new hotel with Business vibes

Pros: Very new and clean hotel with a huge foyer. I think it was built for the Tokyo Olympics? Minami sunamachi is off the tourist circuit which is great. Note: They recently moved the station entrance away from the town centre so it's not as close to the station as it used to be! Still about a 10min walk.

Cons: The aircon was not controlled by each room but at the front desk! I find this unbelievable for a brand new hotel. I had huge difficulty sleeping because it was too hot the first night. The hotel staff were not very apologetic about this either. The second night I was given a key to open the window so at least there was some natural airflow to balance the aircon. I could sleep well after that. This hotel is big and is used for business conferences so you may be sharing the elevator with corporate types wearing suits.
