Great accommodation and staff
Pros: Location, staff, confort. Staff especially was extremely patient and kind
Cons: Maybe it is not the best for more than 2 people. For long stays and one person is perfect. It is not soundproof so if neighbors are noisy it is likely you will hear them

Small but perfectly formed
Pros: The apartment was tiny but had everything we needed for our six night stay.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike. We knew the apartment was small, but it was good value for money.

Very nice stay around Tokyo area
Pros: Everything you need is in here - laundry, kitchenette, separate bedroom. Everything is clean. It's only 10mins walk from a JR-line Komagome station so it's convenient.
Cons: The building doesn't have a lift, but we were lucky we had a room on the second floor.

Modern & Clean Great Location
Pros: The accommodation was very secure, clean and modern. It was located close to public transport routes and food stores.
Cons: The apartment was very small and it took us a while to work out the utilities. We would have appreciated a printed version of the Information Booklet when we arrived as we needed to refer to it often and using our phones for instructions was annoying. The bed was hard, and the pillows small. We would have appreciated a lounge space with a sofa or lounge chairs. Perhaps the bed could have been a fold up or fold away.

I had a very pleasant stay
Pros: The building is very conveniently located, within walking distance to the Yamanote Line station. The neighborhood also has many convenience stores, a supemarket, drugstores, laundromats and many small restaurants and shops all easily reachable on foot. The room was clean and very well equipped: fridge, microwave,iron, hair dryer, washing machine, washlet (WC with bidet function), air conditioning, TV, everything was functioning well. Wi-Fi was free, the signal was very strong and internet connection was good.
Cons: The only flaw was that no chairs were provided: there was a counter with two stools that were small and not comfortable to sit on. Instead of this counter with the stools they should provide a desk with a chair, so to make it easier to sit and work with your computer or have a meal.

Spacious and well equipped place to stay
Pros: Lots of space and everything we needed! The flat is very well equipped! Also, the manager was very communicative and let us even check in a little earlier, which we appreciated very much!

Excelente ubicación y atención del personal
Pros: The accommodation is very well located—just a 7-minute walk from Komagome subway station, which makes it easy to reach from the airport and to get to various parts of the city. We didn’t see any staff during our stay, as it had self check-in, but the instructions were very clear and the staff was always available to answer any questions we had. The accommodation has everything needed for a comfortable stay. There is a washer with a dryer in the bathroom, and they also provide everything necessary for personal hygiene and for using the washer. The staff was very kind. Wifi also worked great.
Cons: The only thing we didn’t like was that there weren’t enough utensils for the number of guests. We were three people, but there were only two cups, which made it difficult to have breakfast comfortably. It didn’t affect us too much because we didn’t have dinner at the apartment, but if we had, we would have faced the issue of not having enough items for everyone to eat properly.

Bunkyo for the win!

Cons: Our only minor criticisms would be, no elevator and we were on the 4th floor, so carting bags up and down, arriving and leaving was a small inconvenience. Lack of additional pillows, one each, and they were small and relatively thin. To be fair this seems to be somewhat common in our experience across Japan, perhaps a western traveller specific issue?
