Pros: the room is full of facilities for farmilly.you can cook yourself. it is quiet and clean.it is near to train station.

Well located and cozy apartment.

Pros: The apartment had all the amenities needed for one person, the space was reduced but so is generally speaking in Tokyo.

Cons: The train tracks were literally in front of the apartment, I normally sleep with sound canceling earpods with white noise so it was not a big issue for me but is true that the trains were very loud until 00:30 ish and from 5 ish so just be prepared with noise canceling pods.

Strategic location to train, quiet neighbourhood, good for short-term staying

Pros: I like the neighbourhood, quiet & safe. The location is strategic in term of walking distance to JR Tabata station (faster) and JR & Metro Nishi-Nippori station (farther). The room is good for short-term staying, the washing machine & tiny kitchen (with microwave oven & fridge) are useful.

Cons: The bed can't fit 2 average-sized adults (I think it's super single size only), the bathroom is a bit tiny, the hot water supply is not hot enough for bathing. And the train noise can be annoying if you are a light sleeper. Oh ya, mind your head when climbing the staircase to your room at upper floor.

Pros: Espacioso dentro de lo que son los apartamentos japoneses. Buen armario empotrado y buenas instalaciones.

Cons: Que estuviera al lado de las vias del tren y a las 5 am me despertaba 🙃 Hubiera deseado tambien que hubiera una mesa para cocinar/poner algun soporte para preparar cosas.

It’s a great place! It has everything and we were able to do our laundry. Excellent value for money

Pros: The place is a small apartment that has everything you need to actually live there. It’s even better than expected.

Cons: They don’t have a washlet. The size of the bed worked for us but if you’re two big people it’ll be uncomfortable. It’s next to the train tracks but it was not a big problem for us cause we were exhausted after a long day around Tokyo, plus the train stops around midnight till 5AM I think. Earplugs are always a good idea if you’re a light sleeper

Na pewno warto! Mała kawalerka, ale czysta i wygodna

Pros: Blisko stacji Tabata i sklepów. Również blisko torów, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało ani trochę. Klimatyzacja ratowała życie w upalne dni. Kwatera dobrze wyposażona i ogólnie pobyt oceniam jako bardzo przyjemny.

Pros: The location is set in a nice quiet neighborhood. The walk to the subway station is pleasant. The apartment had all the amenities that we needed. We enjoyed visiting the nearby neighborhoods.

Cons: The apartment was small but we were prepared for that.
