Great location, well-appointed apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay

Pros: The room had pretty much everything you would want - washing machine, microwave, fridge, multiple sleeping areas, very close to transport and shops - great location. The hosts had also thought of all those little extras like spare charging cables and sewing supplies.

Cons: The location is great but it is noisy on a Friday and Saturday night - you are close to the red light district so the police sirens rang out on those nights quite a bit. There is also no communal seating area.

Pros: We loved our stay here. Everything we needed during our stay was provided by our host. Organized and clean. Close to everything. Perfect for us family of 5. Awesome place to stay in the shinjuku area.

Good position

Pros: The room was really close to Shinjuku center and Golden Gai so we could hang out very easily without taking public transportation. It was also relatevely cheap considering the area we stayed.

Cons: The room was not that big and with 5 people it can be a little be stretchy but overall we didn't have problems.

Great affordable apartment well located with most everything you'd need for a short stay holiday!

Pros: The apartment is well equipped with most any kitchen or bathroom requirement. The apartment is conveniently located in Shinjuku area. Very short walk to most tourist attractions. Close to train. Close to lots of good restaurants. We stayed as a family with two teenage kids and parents. PArents had their own room, kids were happy in a double/single bunk.

Pros: Excellent location. The host was extremely helpful and easily contactable. Apartment slightly dated but the price and location certainly made up for it

A pleasant stay overall

Pros: The location is good and convenient. There is a small elevator so there's no problem to move up or down.

Cons: It is difficult to open the main door. There are 2 locks and we spent much time to figure out if need to turn clockwise or anti-clockwise. I tried to call the property but no one answered.

Great little apartment in a very central location!

Pros: This apartment was in a very convenient location, with easy walking distance to train station, Shinjuku area, a 7/11 right outside, and alot of good local restaurants. The apartment was very well equipped, including local phone charger plugs and cables, umbrellas, lots of towels, bathroom supplies, a projector tv with netflix etc, good wifi, really everything we needed. The owners were accommodating and very easy to deal with. We loved our stay in Tokyo, thankyou!

Cons: It is small, and there is no seating area (like a lounge) but still very well suited our needs.

Pros: Room was well equipped and nicely presented. Communication was good. Location was very convenient! I would stay there again.

Cons: I struggled to understand how to use the washing machine but I'm sure if I'd asked for help they would have provided assistance. I just needed to wash clothes straight away and after some trial and error I eventually worked it out!
