Shinjuku central

Pros: If you want to stay close to all the action and shopping in Shinjuku, this is the ideal place. Easily walking distance from the metro/train stations. The apartment is quite decent size (comparing to others that we spent time in Tokio) and having two bedrooms is a big plus.

Cons: Can't think of anything.

Pros: Location is amazing. The 7/11 at the entry of the building was fantastic. We loved our stay. Our only things to point out is remember it's small and no lounge area. The bench seat at kitchen table is very close to toilet amd bathroom door. You'd have to move if sitting there for someone to use the toilet. Too many things on and the power would trip. Beds were comfy and had heated blankets which were needed. Other than that it was a great stay and a great location.

Overall, excellent location, tidy and comfortable beds.

Pros: The location was excellent. It was central to everything in Shinjuku. It had 7 Eleven next door. The apartment was small for what an Aussie is use to but from what I’ve read, this apartment was a great size. We only rested in-between day trips and slept there so it was good for us - 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. The beds were very comfy too.

Cons: Everything was great except it was a little difficult for us to find because the hotel didn’t have a name. If it did, it wasn’t in English. Google maps didn’t give exact location either. We needed locals help to know which one it was. This isn’t the owners fault, but the only difficulty we had.

Comfortable, clean and centrally located

Pros: Clean, cosy and effectively designed appartment, conveniently situated in the heart of Shinjuku. It was small but provided everything our family needed for a week’s stay, including bathroom accessories and kitchen utilities. Owner was very responsive which was super appreciated.

Cons: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the appartment, only that it’s quite small for a family of 5. Everything fits meticulously so sometimes it was a challenge to move around. But other than that I would recommend it to everyone looking for a clean, comfortable appartment in the heart of where everything happens in Tokyo.

Pros: Many thoughtful item were provided in the property like packing materials and additional towel rolls.

Cons: Old building and inside of lift smelled musty. Washing machine was removed.
