Pros: 1. Friendly and extremely helpful team. 2. JR train station is just 5 mins walk away from the hotel. 3. Abundant of restaurants, shops and convenient stores around the hotel.

Budget hotel in a great location.

Pros: Location. Really convenient and lots of shops nearby. Love the skin care products provided! I left a pair of glasses behind in the room and when I contacted them, they sent them back to me promptly. Great customer service!

Cons: The building is old. The bathroom is run down and the washbasin in need of repair. We had a twin room which I think is overpriced for a budget hotel.

Close to Asagaya Station

Pros: It's a standard Japanese business hotel with a bathroom, bed, and tv. Check in was prompt and I was able to get a blanket in reception because I was a little cold. It's really close to the station.

Cons: The bathroom is a little cramped.

Pros: Staff are delightful. When I stayed in September 2023, the room was very warm despite it being 10 degrees outside. We had the window open but still couldnt get the room to cool down.

Right by the station

Pros: This hotel is really close to Asagaya train station and some eateries. The beds are reasonably comfortable and check in and check out was prompt.

Cons: The rooms are somewhat cramped (this is a business hotel, after all), especially the bathrooms. It can get a little noisy in the middle of the night.

Cramped but cheap

Pros: This is a fairly standard business hotel with some eateries nearby. The beds are fairly comfortable and although this is extremely close to Asagaya station, I didn't hear the train on either night. For Tokyo, it's reasonably cheap.

Cons: The rooms are a bit cramped for two people and the bathroom - although clean - is showing some wear and tear.

Exceeded expectations for the price and quality

Pros: The staff were friendly and always there to help. The room was quiet and had everything I needed, plenty of plugs, good air conditioning, it was clean and the bathroom was perfect. The location was a nice little area in Asagaya right off the station, which made travelling each day very easy.

Cons: The shower head would pop out of place at times and I wasn't sure how to fix it but no complaints at all really.

Pros: Nice and kind staff, good amenities. The room was very clean and comfortable for Tokyo standards. Asagaya is a cute neighbourhood with many restaurants and close to the cool Koenji with lots of shops, specialty coffee shops etc. The hotel is minutes from the station so you get easy access to central Tokyo. It is a bit far from the East part.
