Host was good. Got a quick response of each of my questions

Pros: Apartment room size was spacious. It has a Function Kitchen and Laundry and a bathroom

Cons: Too close to the train line and it may put off some travellers. In our case we got use to the trains noise and did not affect much to our sleep

Pretty good stay if you want privacy for a reasonable price

Pros: It was a nice property walking distance from the station, takes around 10min. Just enough space for two people, if there were three, you’d have to move around the table. Also cool that it has a Japanese style bath

Cons: The bed was a bit uncomfortable and not that big for two people. Also the towels smelled a bit bad.

Pros: I really liked the room, I think it is very comfortable to live in a single room, the equipment is very complete and convenient, and it has the feeling of a Japanese house.

Cons: Although the location is in a quiet residential area, I like it very much, but because there are railway tracks behind, there will be a little noise when the train passes in the early morning.

Tiring one night stay

Pros: Quite a big space for such 1 bedroom apartment with appropriate kitchen utensils.

Cons: Very close to the railway (hope to sleep well) and quite a distant from subway station too. Problematic payment method which declined both my brother and my foreign credit card. Would be good to be able to pay directly at booking.com rather than directed to another link for payment. Some of the links shared for checked in process and payment cannot be accessed though a mobile phone and has to use laptop. I cannot imagine if you are not an IT literate or you are an elderly. What will happen - can say lost more money and find another accomodation. Communication with the owner was also not straightforward because only via booking message box - after a long and long process finally able to pay via another link sent by owner i.e. paypal (got extra charges though!). Actually, there was contact number noted in booking.com but as you guys know as a tourist we just bought simcard for data usage only i.e. whatsapp call which is much cheaper alternative. Guys, I also felt like being cheated that I have to pay extra for cleaning service which was 10,000 yen (S$100 ) - madness...I did not even noticed this information stated in Booking.com. I leave it to individual to judge my stay experience. Cheers.

預算有限的家庭旅行首選!!

Pros: 1.位置很好，距離池袋站走路約10分鐘，轉乘各種交通工具都很方便 2.適合家庭旅行，有冰箱、洗衣機、電磁爐、烤箱、微波爐等，還有基本的杯子盤子，可以自己買水果回來切，或是煮點簡單的食物。 3.附近有便利商店、超市和自助洗衣店，都在走路5分鐘內可到達的地方。 4.洗好的衣服可以晾在陽台，東京的夏天很乾燥，晚上掛好衣服，隔天一早就會乾了。 5.空間四個人住會有點小，睡覺時要把桌子搬到廚房才有地方可以鋪床墊，但還算可以接受範圍，畢竟出遊都會比較晚回去，進房後通常都是洗澡睡覺。

Cons: 雖然有詢問業主，但我房子裏外都找了很久還是沒有找到wifi的密碼，變得必須使用自己的手機熱點分享，這是唯一美中不足的地方。旁邊就是西武鐵道，車次很頻繁，在屋內會聽到列車的聲音與感受到些微震動，晚上大約到0030才會沒有車，早上五六點就會有列車開始經過；如果你很不易入睡或容易醒來，需要把這點列入考量。
