Good nice place

Pros: Good shower and washing machine easy to find close to metro

Cons: Kitchenette wasn’t what we expected

Pros: Comfortable and with everything necessary for our stay. Short walk to both Mejiro and Ilebukuro stations.

Cons: It was a bit cold in December, relying only on AC. But this seems to be a common problem in Japan

Pros: Two train stations (Mejiro & Ikebukuro) within walking distance. Neighborhood was calm and nice. The place had a laundry machine and a small fridge. Was spacious enough for two people and two big suit cases. The contact person was really helpful with any problems and replied to messages quickly!

Cons: Closest convenience store was relatively far, considering how close they usually are (very minor inconvenience). The kitchen was outside of the apartment in the hallway.

amazing value for money!

Pros: the location was unexpectedly good! last time we stayed in shinjuku and it was less convenient. being close to the yamamote line makes things very easy!! everything was clean and great facilities:)

Cons: the pillows were too stiff and high for me, left me with a neck ache.

Pros: Clean with a comfortable bed. Good shower. Quiet neighbourhood and easy walk to Mejiro station. Close to lovely Mejiro Garden.

Cons: Up 2 flights of narrow stairs with luggage was a bit challenging for us. Only seating for eating were mats on the floor at a low table or the bed.

Pros: The property was spectacular, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at solamo. Everything was advertised correctly and our expectations were exceeded! Would recommend

Pros: The washing machine saves my time a lot. The laundry process is quick though no drying function.

Cons: There is no place to hang coats in the room or close to the door. We can only hang them in the bathroom on the clothesline with the freshly laundered clothes.

Pros: Great location, close to transport and shopping but in a quiet location. Great space for Tokyo, clean and tidy. It was very nice once we figured out where it is and would definitely come back!

Cons: Google Maps took us next door, so the beginning of our stay was a bit stressful. In the dark it seems like it's the same building, just the entrance on the opposite side. We missed the building sign because it's near the ground and it was dark and we were very tired.

Pros: The apartment was very nice and spacious for a Japanese apartment. Few minutes walk you are in Ikebukuro with a lot of delicious restaurants and subway
