Pros: We really appreciated the fact that everything was thought of by the hosts, from the number of towels to umbrellas and even the number of slippers we needed according to our booking. We also really appreciated that thought of extra adapters for charging our devices The property was also very well maintained and we found it very clean.

Pros: Wonderful apartment – perfect for families! We had a fantastic time in this apartment and felt completely at home! The place was not only beautiful and cozy but also very well equipped, we had everything we needed. What we especially loved was how family-friendly everything was. Our kids felt just as comfortable as we did! The location was great, we really enjoyed the area, and the transport connections were excellent. We also slept incredibly well; the apartment was quiet and relaxing. All in all, a wonderful experience that made us very happy as a family. We would definitely love to come back!

Overall, i would still highly recommend this apartment as i considered its very well kept and modern too!

Pros: The apartment is exactly as the listing. Tatami bedroom on first level with separate toilet, shower area and washer cum dryer. Level 2 is the living room and kitchen and dining room and balcony. But no toilet. Very comfortable area for seating and eating and has heating on the flooring too so cold weather will still feel warm n cozy if u turn it on. Level 3 has 2 rooms. Both has queen/ double bed each and has a separate toilet.

Cons: No nearby facilities/ stores.. nearest will be nearer to stations area..so better to get what u need before heading back to apartment.

Amazing stay!

Pros: We absolutaley loved the location. Close to 2 Yamanote line stations, yet a very quiet and residencial neighborhood. The place was comfortable, amazing beds, great shower and clean. We would defenitely recommend this place and stay here again!

Good property in nice location

Pros: Nice quiet location surrounded by good quality homes in a very well kept area . Close ( within 5 minutes walking distance ) to Mejiro and Ikebukuro stations on the Yamanote line . Plenty of eating options and convenience stores nearby . The accommodation is as pictured , spacious enough for 4 adults . The property is well appointed , comfortable and bright and airy .

Cons: As mentioned in other reviews , cleanliness on arrival was not up to standard. Remnants of hair , a used cotton bud in the shower , the dishwasher still had dishes in it from the last guest . To be honest it was a bit of a turn off and got us wondering if the bed sheets were even clean or if surfaces had even been disinfected considering a used cotton bud was missed in the shower . Not the typical Japanese standard we are used to based on previous trips to Japan

Pros: It was really a well cleaned house and the location is really good. It is as it is in photos.

Cons: The road to the house was so tiny and no way to use a car to move luggages.

Cons: A little bit noisy in the morning as it is near to the train rail but it is still acceptable

Nice apart in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of two train stations!

Pros: Love the fact that there is a washer-drier on site, the room heating for the bathroom, and the floor heating for the main living room! The location is an important factor: you can walk to either Ikebukuro station for the wider connectivity, or Mejiro station (just slightly nearer, and usually less crowded). It's also within walking distance of a sizable supermarket and pharmacy (Tobu), several convenience stores, and plenty of restaurants.

Cons: Nothing much--it's all good, really. The Japanese style small apartment size will take some getting use to (for those who come from places with larger living spaces), but it's not hard to do that. The streets are narrow, so it's important to make sure any driver you call understand that. The facilities managers are responsive.

Pros: We loved the location of this property! It’s in a quieter neighborhood which was so nice to return to after busy days in the loud and popular Shinjuku and Ikebukuro areas. It was great having multiple bedrooms too - lots of space for our group of 5.

Cons: The stairs are a bit steep which could be challenging for people with mobility limitations.
