Excellent, new appartment.

Pros: Position Quiet Clean Spacious Fridge freezer Great shower Secure

Cons: Beware the map and directions sent. We got lost as arrived by bus. Better if what 3 words reference was provided. It is accessed by the road on the west side of the block.

Amazing

Pros: Guide Anna was amazing so helpful so friendly. Helpful and so kind and caring so much information

Pros: Very clean. Safe location. Has elevator. Checking was easy. Having separation between the living and bedroom was excellent. Has a bidet and good kitchen equipment.

Cons: Another mirror needed (only 1 in bathroom available). Need a small trash bin in the bathroom. Hangers behind doors would be nice.

Comfortable

Pros: Convenient location, quiet area but only 10 minutes to Shibuya crossing. Cafes and restaurants near by.

Pros: Very calm quiet place, good beds and very secure very secure

For the price point, location and condition of the facilities. I may consider going back.

Pros: It’s located in an ideal spot, 10 mins leisure walk to the nearest Shibuya JY south station exit. Along the way there are 3 24/7 convenience stores and vending machines. Clean and quiet community. The access to the unit is streamlined with lift access while we stayed at 3rd level. The whole building was newly built and so facilities are new and well maintained internally and externally. The beddings and towels are send for professional cleaning and this is a plus point.

Cons: The cleanliness of the premise can be improved much further. The vanity cabinet and floor are swept under the carpet kind of cleanliness, I need to vacuum and wipe before I lay my items on the floor. Bathtub not thoroughly clean.

Pros: The location is amazing, 8 minutes or so from Shibuya Station and less than 15 from the famous scramble crossing yet it's nesteled in a quieter residential area. It's very new and unlike most Tokyo accomodations the room is very spacious. Everything worked as expected and the room was very modern and comfortable.

Cons: Nothing, it was nearly perfect. The tv was rather small but we didn't come to Tokyo to watch tv.

Spacious Modern apartment in a great location in Shibuya

Pros: Layout of room was good. Nice closet space with enough hangers. Glad to have a washing machine and to be able to hang the clothes to dry in the shower which had a clothes dry setting. Bed was comfy. Apartment was close to 7-11, restaurants, subway, and shopping.

Cons: The towels were thin. No separate kitchen towel. A little folding chair/stool to put on shoes would be nice. Getting the key was a little confusing and difficult especially if you arrive late at night. It would be nice to have a keyless entry code instead of a lockbox within a lockbox to get one key. Caution: Uploading passport information is limited to 10MB and can only be done 24 hours before check-in. This can be difficult if traveling and if your file exceeds more than 10MB. I had this problem because we were a party of 5, and I did this all on my phone but I figured it out. It would be nice if we could upload passport information and save it prior to check-in. Also, instructions on how to get to the property could be sent earlier rather than with the instructions to obtain the key because that is a lot of info on the day of arrival.

Very comfortable under any point of view: position, furniture, public transport and surroundings.

Pros: Posizione ottima, appartamento ben tenuto e molto confortevole di recente fabbricazione. Struttura complessivamente pulita e quartiere comodo e tranquillo con vicino negozi e ristoranti e mezzi di trasporto.

Nice and comfy stay in the quiet outer edges of shibuya

Pros: Clean and new, comfy beds, Good Amount of space for 3 people

Cons: Would appreciate some extra pillows, extra towels (only one set per pax), little things (laundry pods are always mentioned in reviews)
