Wonderful!

Pros: Exactly as described, clean and comfortable. So much better than being squished into a tiny hotel room.

Pros: The apartment is just steps from Shibuya Station’s New South Exit, close to convenience stores and Aon supermarket. Located in a quiet residential and office area, it offers peaceful evenings near the city center. Impressively clean, it’s ideal for those with dust allergies. Amenities include a washing machine with drying function, hairdryer, and bathtub for daily convenience. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. This place is great for families and provides a comfortable, hassle-free experience in a prime location.

Great spot for a week in Tokyo

Pros: Fantastic location and very clean and beautiful space. Check-in was fairly straightforward and it was nice to not need a physical key.

Cons: The combination washer/dryer was not very effective at drying clothes and unfortunately there wasn't a clothes line to hang our washing on.

Thoughtful and well laid out place in the heart of Shibuya

Pros: I really liked the design and the thoughtfulness overall. Like how they left international chargers for any travellers. Or had extra pillows and blankets if required. The layout was super convenient and it had all the utilities: laundry, kitchen, huge bathroom. The price for a comparable place (size, beds) in the same area is unmatched

Cons: It is an apartment so behaviour is a bit different from a hotel. You do have to be especially quiet not to make any noise at night. Might not be suitable for travellers who want to be more free with what they do in the night.

Pros: 場所、設備ともに最高でした。 チェックイン前に荷物を置かせていただきたいという依頼にも素早く対応いただき大変助かりました。 荷物を置く際にお会いした清掃スタッフも気持ちの良い方でした。 個人的に、洗濯ができたこと、海外の電子機器がチャージできるコンセントがあったことがかゆいところに手が届くかんじで大変助かりました！ありがとうございました。

Perfect quiet getaway in Tokyo

Pros: Location is impeccable and the apartment is perfect for a small group of friends!!

Cons: Nothing everything was great

Quiet, spacious, central!

Pros: Easy check-in and a nice, spacious apartment - especially for Tokyo! Despite being in the ever-popular Shibuya, the neighbourhood itself is very quiet and only a 10 minute walk to Shibuya station.

Pros: 位置不错，位于涩谷的中心但是闹中取静，下了地铁只需要走7-8分钟左右。附近都是居民区，很安静。房间面积对于同价格的酒店来说要好太多了，布置也很温馨。还有洗衣机，也是一个加分项。全程自助入住，哪怕我们的飞机到得很晚，也没有关系。

Cons: 退房时间有点太早了，让人有些仓促。另外需要自行垃圾分类，对于外国游客来说有些困难。走过来的路上会有略微的上下坡，拿行李走的时候会稍微不是很方便。
