Excellent location right near Shibuya Crossing!

Pros: The location of the property is amazing! Easy walking distance to Shibuya Scramble Crossing and all of the tourist attractions and train lines to get where you need to go is very handy. Great local restaurants within minutes of the hotel.

Cons: We had some issues gaining access to the property and communication through the booking.com app and whatsapp seemed to cease leading up to check-in which was unnecessarily stressful even though all information had been provided on the communication lines provided.
