A great place to stay for families with older kids, especially if you’re arriving from or departing
Pros: What I liked most about Skye Home was the excellent location. It’s close to both Kamata and Keikyu Kamata stations, with plenty of chain stores, restaurants, and conveniences that tourists would need nearby. The two-bedroom layout was ideal for our stay, the beds were comfortable, and the shower had strong water pressure, which was a big plus.
Cons: The main downside was the spiral staircase, which was already communicated before arrival but may not suit everyone. There was also some late-night karaoke noise from a nearby restaurant.

A budget-friendly option in Tokyo for a family, around 30 minutes to Tokyo Station.
Pros: Conveniently located near Keikyu-Kamata Station. Very close to a supermarket and convenience store. Equip with kitchen facilities and a washing machine.
Cons: There were stains visible on the comforter.

Lovely stay in Tokyo - Kamata
Pros: Excellent location, right next to kyieko kamata station with family mart 2mins away and Life Supermarket 2-3mins away Good internet, includes an electric stove
Cons: Knew both the below points, but they were the only points to be considered - spiral staircase might be a bit challenging as we had a baby stroller and the late night karaoke especially on saturday night.

Amazing accommodation! Great facilities and location. Really cute decor. Highly recommend!
Pros: This accommodation was excellent! It was quirky, clean and comfortable. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Close to many restaurants, shops and train station. Washing machine and drying rack also a great addition for a family.

Pros: Location is brilliant! So close to Keikyu Kamata station, supermarket and arcade full of shops and restaurants. Also JR Kamata wasn’t too far, so it is super convenient,
Cons: The spiral staircase was a bit tricky with suitcases. The shower booth was small and no bath mat supplied. The shower temperature was not hot enough, but the management changed the setting on the day to perfect temp. We are so grateful!

An underrated gem worth staying in!
Pros: The beds are comfy, there’s plenty of space, it’s well insulated and certainly quiet most of the time but when it wasn’t the air conditioners were perfect. I did hear the karaoke a little, but I am a light sleeper and travelled with a 6 month old baby and a 3 year old and it didn’t wake either of them even once, so I would argue that I don’t think it’s an issue for the majority. It also ends at about midnight, so it’s otherwise fine. The location is unbeatable. A short walk from many, many amenities, the JR at Kamata and the local at KK. Many local shops and restaurants to browse, also. I cannot more highly recommend this stay for families and groups. It was LOVELY.
Cons: These are such minor critiques so I really wouldn’t consider them a problem, but for the sake of improvement: They could’ve provided some face washers and a bathmat. I’d have appreciated some instructions to use the washing machine. The TV device should be swapped with something like apple streaming or similar, it’s a bit confusing and Netflix doesn’t work. The translation on the rubbish wasn’t super clear in English so I made some mistakes.

Pros: Placement in the heart of kamata right next to an abundance of food and bar options and a very very short walk to the station and a couple konbini
Cons: It was slightly small for 3 people that are seperate sleepers but that is advertised and accepted there is VERY little to dislike about the property, possibly if you were one that like to get an early nights rest the street noise could be something that you’d dislike but if you’re looking to enjoy the nightlife I can’t imagine a better spot
