Although the room is not very big and no elevator, for this price, it’s already excellent to find a clean and well equip

Pros: Very close to Waseda subway station and supermarkets, just about a 3 to 6-minute walk. It has a simple kitchen, laundry facilities, and a bathroom with separate wet and dry areas.

Would love to revisit sometime

Great for people who travel light. Clean and great neighborhood

Pros: Location was pretty good, and it was clean and functional. There is a washing machine (with no drying function, but instead you can use dryer above bath space to dry your clothes). It is in a quiet neighborhood, with close access to Tozai line.

Cons: Unfortunately, the negative sides of this property are in fact not changeable. I DON’T recommend this property for a travellers with large suitcases. Me and my girlfriend had 2 suitcases and we barely could move. If you are travelling light, I highly DO recommend it. Other things to suggest to an owner: - for longer stays please provide more and bigger towels. - also garbage disposal instructions are highly unclear. Please mark the nearest area where we can throw our trash, as nobody knows where we can throw and/or provide more cans for recycling.

Great place in a quiet neighbourhood.

Pros: A very nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Not far from the Waseda station, which was a great gateway to travel anywhere in the city. The Wifi was great, as well other facilities in the apartment, including the washing machine, which was super useful for a longer stay. Supermarket and convenience stores are also nearby.

A good stay close to the metro station

Pros: The room was very clean, with a good equiped kitchen and very close to the metro station. Self check-in service. You cand clean your laundry at the washing machine.

Cons: There wasn’t a european conversion charger in the room, and the room was a little bit small for a couple. There is no reception

Pros: I liked the room facilities, and the location was ideal for me. I can easily move from one place to another due to the metro line. i was easy for me to find something to eat due to Family Mart. My stay was really the best selection of apartments.

Cons: One thing is missing: there were no glasses or cups.

Excellent stay in comfortable compact apartment

Pros: Comfortable bed. Good facilities - useful washing machine and drying room. East check in instructions and responsiveness from host. Close to station. Quiet area but convenient to travel to other parts of the city.

Cons: 1 more stool would have been useful so 2 people could sit.

Pros: Great location in a quiet and nice area, just 5 minutes from the train station, with many dining options nearby.

Cons: The apartment is compact, which worked fine for our light packing, though guests with larger suitcases might find the space challenging.
