Overall was good and comfortable stay. The view is amazing too

Pros: Cleanliness and it’s a comfortable place to stay. There’s near mall and stores and the train station as well.

Cons: Bit small especially the shower and toilet area. Difficult to move but can manage though.

Pros: Great location, less than 10min to the station and a great view. There is a mall across the street and many convenient places nearby. Great price and has everything you need.

Cons: The main bed is good, but the spare bed is awful. Spare bed has a big metal rod through the middle and is very uncomfortable.

Pros: 部屋に完備されている備品は 生活する上でかなり役立つもので助かりました。 最初に到着したときには部屋を暖めてくださる気遣いも嬉しかったです。 1人ずつにアメニティが用意されていた事も良かったです。 眺望もとても良かったです。 2重に窓がなっているのもも良かったです。

Cons: 経年劣化は仕方ないとしても シャワーカーテンのカビなどは対応可能かと思いました。 排水もあまり綺麗にできないようでしたので 点検、改善される方が良いように思います。

Pasamos 6 noches en el pequeño apartamento

Pros: El barrio, lo acogedor que era el apartamento y la proximidad a una línea de metro importante. Para la que por las fechas y el frío que hacía íbamos a pasar noches frías, pero para nada, sin estar la calefacción puesta, pasamos calor por la noche, teniendo que quitarnos prendas. Super bien climatizado. La camada un poco incómoda y bastante ruidosa. Era espaciosa y había sitios donde podías poner la maleta de forma estratégica para seguir teniendo la habitación amplia. No utilizamos la cocina pero si el microondas y todo funcionaba bien, al igual que la lavadora. Y lo mejor de todo es que el día que dejábamos el apartamento ¡Pudimos ver el monte Fuji!!Muchas gracias Fuji-San!

Cons: En el el anuncio pensábamos que el metro estaba más cerca. Y la cama era un poco incómoda.

Pros: L'emplacement, le rapport qualité prix et la propreté.

Cons: Un lieu très étriqué pour les gens de grande taille.

Pros: エレベーターで部屋まで行き、スムーズにセルフチェックインできました。 部屋は清潔感があり、アメニティも十分揃っているので滞在に困ることはありません。 亀有駅から羽田空港までの直通バスがあるのでアクセスに便利でした。（西日暮里駅も近いので成田空港から向かうのも楽だと思います） キッチンや洗濯機、電子レンジ等が揃っているので普通のホテルよりもお得感があります。 また夜景が素晴らしく、スカイツリーがとても綺麗でした！

Cons: 3人だと少し狭く感じるかもしれません。 ベッドの他に折り畳みのソファーベッドが備わっていたので、寝泊まりには困りません。

東京理科大学葛飾キャンパスでの受験に超便利

Pros: 今回、子供が東京理科大を葛飾キャンパスで受験するために家族3人で利用しました。この宿泊施設は、亀有駅から徒歩8分の位置にあり、東京理科大学葛飾キャンパス最寄りの金町駅の隣の駅で、受験には便利でした。 ベッドでの寝心地が良く、良い状態で受験を出来ました。 調理施設もキチンとしていたので、次回は、自炊をしてみたい。近所に業務スーパーがあり便利。

Cons: 3人で、この値段は、非常にありがたい。

Excelente lugar- ubicacion e instalaciones.

Pros: La ubicacion es excelente.. a dos cuadras de la estacion de trenes y esta frente a un mall. Muy buena cama y ademas un futon confortable. Lavadora funcionando muy bien. No tuvimos contacto con alguien. Todas las instrucciones nos llegaron por correo y fue excelente. Muy limpio y seguro.
