Kameari 811 Budget Stay High Floor Near Station Mall Disney Access

It was great 😃

Pros: The location was great. Close to Train station . I also like that it had a washing machine.

Cons: No complaints

Cons: Very cramped, no chairs! No table or bench to eat on!

Small but cozy and clean!

Pros: The apartment was very cozy, clean, and decently comfortable. It contained lots of useful amenities and the natural lighting from the windows was nice. The bed was fairly comfortable and the blanket was pleasantly thick. The location of the property was great as well! It was very close to Kameari Station which made for easy transportation. The Ario mall across the street was also convenient for shopping and food, lots of convenience stores nearby too. I would most likely stay here again if I return to Japan in the future!

Cons: It was definitely on the smaller and tighter side but worked fine for 3 adults. The toilet did not have a bidet and the toilet paper was also very thin, not too big of a deal though. Extra pillows for the bed would have been nice as they were a bit small and flat, making it hard on the neck after a few nights.

Peaceful stay

Pros: It is a comfy apartment, indeed ideal for 2 people (it would be very tight for 3). It is close to the subway station (11 min walk). Near proximity to the shopping mall or nearby restaurants (no more than 5 min). The bed didn't seem to be super stable, but it is functioning well. There were all necessities. Fridge, TV (though we didn't watch), AC, laundry with washing liquid, shampoo, tooth brushes, razor, and comb. Very detailed explanation of the rules and check-in, check-out procedure. This apartment is on the 8th floor, so it offers a pretty nice view on the city, and we were lucky to see Mount Fuji. Stay here was peaceful and calm, no noises.

Cons: It doesn't have typical japanese bidet. Also, please bear in mind that renting this apartment, you will enjoy peace and quiet, though you will need to commute to the most popular attractions of Tokyo approximately 50-60 minutes.

Good value for money

Pros: It is well equipped and clean. Clear instruction for check in. There are shops and restaurants around.

Pros: Location is great, bed is comfortable and the room is clean and it has everything you need. I also really appreciated the instructions for the appliances and the little coffee packs and amenities provided by the host.

Cons: The lights in the room are too bright to have on at night and there is no small light to use, would really appreciate a small lamp on the shelf. There is an emergency ladder hatch on the floor of the hall that leads to the apartment itself that has a warning on it saying no weight should be put on it/it should not be stepped on and it takes up most of the width of the hallway, so with big baggage or with other limitations like a wheelchair it could be potentially difficult to access.
