Pros: Location is about ~10 minutes walking distance from Ebisu station, the owner gives you clear instructions on how to arrive to the apartment. If you want to experience how locals live, I highly recommend booking this apartment. All the additional technology/gadgets in the apartment that I was unfamiliar with, the owner gave a manual on how to utilize all aspects of the apartment. Google translate also helps when taking pictures of the facilities, such as the ventilation and hot air ventilation system for the shower, that was amazingly cool and novel to me. FYI - this apartment physically cannot accommodate more than two people. Owners checked-in on us daily to make ensure the stay was comfortable as can be. Overall, I recommend, they really try to provide and think of anything you may need!

Cons: It's on the third floor, no elevator access. Be wary of this. My husband had to carry our luggages up (we had 2 check-in) and I think any more luggage, I'm not sure where we would have fit everything.
