Pros: Great location. Close to many eating options and Yebisu Garden Place and Ebisu Station. Quiet but only one street back from main road. Able to open window. Good bathroom.

Pros: The location is convenient and closed to the train station. It was convenient as the convenient store is 1 min away. There are many amazing restaurants round the corner. It is a quiet and safe neighbourhood too.

Cosy room with the necessary amenities in a lovely area of Tokyo - we'll be back!

Pros: Our room at ITOS was clean and well-equipped for a week's stay in Tokyo. Ebisu is a great area to go out and eat, and the walk to Ebisu station is relatively short, so you can quickly reach the Yamanote line, which will take you to most hotspots and other travel hubs. The ITOS team is also very communicative and the extra step to make sure your stay is comfortable.

Cons: The room itself is relatively small, but compared to other accommodation options in the area/comparative areas at the same price point, the room is actually a little bigger. Our room was also on the 1st floor, so we had windows out to the street. There were some bushes in front of the (frosted) windows to give some privacy, but it does mean the space doesn't get a lot of natural light. Since we were out and about the whole day anyway, this didn't matter too much for us.

Pros: Ebisu is a great area, the place was clean and well looked after. Felt like a safe area and super helpful letting us leave our bags early!

Very small room for the large price, but it had everything you needed.

Pros: The host Nobu was very responsive and helpful, even allowing us to stay much later on the day of departure, because we had a late flight. The room was very tiny, but had everything you could need in it. It was spotlessly clean. An easy 13 min walk to the nearest railway station. There was a 7/11 less than 2 mins away. The Ebisu area it was in was lovely and full of restaurants.

Cons: The bed was said to be a double on Booking.com, but was only a king single, and hardly big enough for 2 adults. This was disappointing for the huge nightly price we paid

Clean, cozy, and amazing location.

Pros: The property was amazing! It was so clean, and had everything I needed as a solo traveler. The bathroom was very nice, and the sleeping area was very cozy. The location was also perfect! It was a close walk to the Ebisu train station, and there are so many nice restaurants and bars on the street leading up to it. I highly recommend this spot.

Pros: Zentral am JR- Bahnhof Ebisu und der Metro- Station Hiro-o (ca. 12 Minuten zu gehen). Sauber und modern ausgestattet. Freundliche Gastgeber.
