Pros: I loved the hotel’s location — everything you need, from shopping to pharmacies, is just minutes away. The hotel is also only a 10-minute walk to the stations, which made getting around very convenient. The room was clean and reasonably spacious, making our stay comfortable overall.

Cons: The only improvements I would suggest are adding coin-operated laundry and having brighter lighting in the room.

Would stay again for the convenience!

Pros: Very well located with great amenities, there was free shuttle to and fro Disneyland and airport shuttle with a very reasonable price. A few maps nearby alongside a good variety of very tasty options! We also had a beautiful view of Tokyo sky tree

Cons: The beds were too soft and the toilet was a little dated

Great hotel in an excellent location

Pros: Hotel is in a great location, it is right next to Kinshicho station and also a very large shopping complex. There is also lots of places to eat right outside the hotel, many restaurants and a 7/11 and Lawson. While the hotel is rated as 3 stars it felt like at least a 4 star hotel, the lobby is very nice and there is a impressive café area with a beautiful feature wall. Staff were very nice also, some struggled with English but they all tried. Room are also kept very clean, they are promptly cleaned every day without delay. We really enjoyed staying to the Tobu Hotel Levant.

Cons: The room was very warm and at times felt a little stuffy. Even though we were there in winter and it was very cold outside the room was so hot we had to have the air conditioning on at 18 degree C, even with the air conditioning on it still felt hot. We spoke with the staff at the front counter but they provided little help, they were very polite and friendly but did not really help. We did have 4 people in the room so that probably didn't help, but I think the main issue is the room is constantly bathed in sunlight which heats up the room. Most day had to close the blind before we left for the day to keep the room cool. They may need to consider tinting the windows.

Great for Disney trips!

Pros: Shuttle to Disney is great, was well organised and clear! The area is a good base to go off and explore some big tourist areas such as kappabashi street, skytree and asakusa.

Cons: The rooms are a little outdated but still comfy and a good room.
