Good travelstay if it's not too warm in Tokyo

Pros: Nice location and quite roomy for Tokyo standards. Adding to that enough facilities for a travelstay for a few days.

Cons: It's really difficult to cool the place (too little arco to go around) when it's above 30°C. The arco did very little at that point.

Great value for money and well located place to stay in Tokyo

Pros: The house was very nice and the bed was really good as well. The location of the house was also great and the host is very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The building does not have lift and it was not clear on the posting, so the stairs are very steep and with luggage it can be very tiring and stressful, apart from that it was great.

Pros: Apartment was clean. Facilities were good. Size of the apartment was acceptable for a family of 4

Cons: From the pictures you don't know which apartment you will get - and we got a bed + ryokan style which would not be our choice. Location isn't that great - it is about 10 minutes walk from Ikebukuro station and the apartment is facing a busy road

Cons: 1. There is no oven toaster to toast bread for breakfast (only microwave is available). 2. Narrow staircase.

Pros: Super clean and well-maintained. Apartment was stocked with many cleaning supplies and the help desk was very helpful when we encountered issues. All appliances worked well and the apartment is situated near many convenience stores (even if it is a little bit far from the train station). If visiting Japan again, I would love to return!

A cosy and convenient apartment for a small family, with a few improvements that would make it even better.

Pros: The apartment was cosy and well-equipped with most of the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. It was in a convenient location—close to shops and within walking distance to the train station. It was also great to have a tatami space to relax, and it worked well for our small family.

Cons: It would have been helpful to have additional hand towels and tea towels for the bathroom and kitchen. We were only provided with a small body towel and face towel, so we had to buy extra tea towels for our baby’s utensils. Also, while the apartment was generally clean, we did notice some stray hairs on the floor and under furniture that suggested it could use a more thorough vacuum. Being on a main road, traffic noise is noticeable but wasn’t a major issue for us. There’s limited luggage space, so pack accordingly.

Pros: Blisko do metra Ikeburu, dużo udogodnień jak pralka, suszarka. Fajna opcja spania dla dzieci na podłodze tatami. Bardzo dobry i miły kontakt z właścicielem. Dobry internet i wygodne łóżka. Polecam.

Cons: Głośno przy ulicy, drogi szybkiego ruchu np. słychać karetki.

Pros: Eravamo 4 persone, molto grande per gli standard di Tokyo. Entrata, cucinotto/stanza da pranzo, bagno (con wc separato stile giapponese) e una stanza con letto matrimoniale e futon. In due è una reggia, per 4 va bene se si trova un compromesso, ok anche per la privacy visto che il bagno non è un semplice modulo infilato nell'appartamento. Staff gentilissimo e preciso. Risposte sempre celeri, hanno soddisfatto tutte le mie richieste. Locale caldo in inverno, basta accendere un po' di aria condizionata e sei a posto. C'è tutto quello che può servirvi. Lavatrice fornita, con detersivo, ma c'è anche una laundry vicino alla casa. A 5minuti a piedi dalla movida di ikebukuro e a 15 dalla stazione centrale che ti porta ovunque a Tokyo. Occhio se avete tante valige perché non c'è l'ascensore e le scale sono ripide e strette. Asciugamani contati per persona quindi dovrete lavarli o al massimo chiedete allo staff

Pros: 일본 아파트에 편안하게 머무를 수 있는 최고의 선택이었습니다. 부모님과 함께 머물렀는데 가족이 숙박하기에 최적이 아닌가 싶습니다. 방에는 침실과 다다미가 있어 최대 4명까지 잘 수 있고 주방에서는 취사가 가능합니다. 욕실과 화장실도 분리되어 있어 이용에 불편함도 없습니다. 또 세탁기도 사용할 수 있어 장기간 머무를 경우 유용했습니다.

Cons: 아쉬운 점은 크게 없지만 이케부쿠로역에서 도보로 10~15분 거리에 있어 매일 여행 시작과 마무리에 있어 워밍업한 느낌이었습니다. 또 아파트 건물 연식이 있다 보니 숙소 계단이 좁아 캐리어를 들고 4층을 오르내리기가 조금 어려웠습니다. 아파트 바로 옆이 고가도로라 차들이 지나가는 소리에 잠을 설치는 경우도 있었습니다.
