Realy very good and would choose to stay here again. Exceptional value.

Pros: The apartment was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The aircon provided quiet cooling and heating. The location is great for everywhere around Shinjuku. Communication with the owner was quick and very helpful.

Pros: Clean and confortable apartment in a great location, close to Shinjuku Station. Good restaurants nearby.

Cons: All messages from the landlord were in Japanese only. The room is on the 3rd floor, no elevator. Going up with luggage is not very convenient.

Pros: Location was great. Really close to trains and Shinjuku area. Nice to have a park close too. Great to experience life in a Tokyo suburb. Lots of restaurants nearby.

A great little apartment 10 minutes walk from Shinjuku station

Pros: A great little open-plan apartment - comfy yet spacious. Lovely kitchenette with a large fridge/ freezer. Great host who was friendly and communicative.

A simple, yet cozy private space in Nishi-Shinjuku.

Pros: The apartment was immaculately clean and had sufficient amenities, including a hair dryer, towels, and bedding that you would expect from a hotel. The air conditioning worked extremely well. The room I stayed in had a balcony, which was an added bonus. The area is quiet and safe, and very close to a beautiful little park and shrine. The host was extremely responsive to questions and very helpful, even carrying my luggage up to the room.

Cons: The water pressure sometimes disappeared in the shower, but then came back, perhaps due to others using it in the building. The toilet, while equipped with a Toto Washlet, did not actually function and I found no way of turning it on (perhaps ask the host about this).
