Pros: Located conveniently to the Nishi-Shinjuku Gochome and we stayed here due to Mt Fuji pickup point. The apartment had everything we needed, good air con, decent enough space for a family of 3 and luggage. Host was very friendly and responsive. She gave us a list of local eateries. Highly recommended

Pros: 今回一泊だけ利用させていただきました。口コミを見て心配ではありましたが、特に問題なく全て改善されていたと思います。内装も思った以上に綺麗で、かつ静かなところだったので過ごしやすかったです！この建物は駅から3分のところにあり立地もよく、近くには新宿中央公園や飲食店も多数あり、のんびり過ごすにもすごく快適な場所だと思いました。また利用させていただきたいと思います！
