Pros: I thought the location for what we were doing in Shinjuku was good. Bed was comfy. Had everything we needed. Portable wifi was really cool.

Cons: We could have used another blanket and pillow for sure as there was 3 of us. And I did message her saying I had the dates messed up when I booked it and didn't consider the one entire day time change and asked if we could do anything about that seeing as we were not there until the next day. But got 0 responses.
