Fijne plek en locatie

Pros: De locatie is geweldig: je zit midden in Harajuku, op loopafstand van leuke koffietentjes en winkels, maar zodra je binnen bent, voelt het als een oase van rust. ’s Nachts is het heerlijk stil. De accommodatie was uitzonderlijk schoon en de badkamer was verrassend ruim, inclusief een fijne sauna. Het feit dat het verblijf uit twee verdiepingen bestaat, maakt het extra comfortabel en ruimtelijk.

Cons: Wat ons helaas minder beviel, was het bed. Het staat beschreven als een tweepersoonsbed, maar in werkelijkheid was het eerder een ruim eenpersoons bed (ongeveer 120 cm breed). Met z’n tweeën slapen was daardoor behoorlijk krap. Ook waren er geen verduisterende gordijnen of zonwering, waardoor het ’s ochtends snel heel licht wordt. Een oogmasker is geen overbodige luxe. Daarnaast verliep het in- en uitchecken moeizaam. Vooral het uitchecken kostte veel tijd doordat niet duidelijk was welk kastje/iPad we moesten gebruiken en welke code waar hoorde. Om 10:01 werkte onze code zelfs al niet meer, waardoor we de sleutel niet meer konden inleveren. Er was op dat moment ook niemand bereikbaar om te helpen.
